Selecting the tires was a little confusing - ensuring that I got the tires that I wanted; this was my first time ordering my own tires and not buying them from a big-box chain. Price was a bit higher than I've been quoted locally, but this had shipping so that is to be expected.
Called customer service once to ask about a product and how it would fit my vehicle, and if it was the best fit for my vehicle. That experience was quite good. My experience with the chat however, wasn't quite as good. Ordering what I did and the receiving of it and it being what I wanted was excellent.
