Website is easy to use. I have ordered from tire rack several times in the past. Each time it is a great experience.
Per the tire rack website, I ordered tires, and had them sent to the dealer. When I ordered the tires, I entered the year, make, model, and trim for my car. The website gave incorrect information about the size I needed, and the dealer could not install. Thankfully the dealer had four tires in the correct size, and I was able to drive home. When I spoke with a CSR, he insisted that the website was correct, based on the manufacturer's specifications. Not worth the energy or time to fight it by submitting a copy of the information showing the correct size from the car's manual. The tires (in theory) should be picked up today, as they are on my front lawn per instructions of the CSR. I will eat the return shipping costs, and will not shop at tire rack again.
