The installer charged me twice as much as was indicated on the Tire Rack site, and the installer would have charged me the exact price per tire as Tire Rack with no shipping charge.
We were on the expressway when we ended up with two flat tires. None of the tire shops in the nearby towns stocked our tire size so we knew we'd be there at least a day. I had been looking at new tires for a while so I knew what I wanted and there was a gold Tire Rack installer right in town. We ordered the tires around 3 and had them by 11:30 the next day, plenty of time for the tire shop to install them and send us on our way.
I needed a replacement tire for one that was damaged in an accident.

16" wheels put in a 17" box not labeled total confusion till I called customer service.My mechanic and myself were explained that the wheels were in 2 boxes for shipping Why wasn"t the top box labeled correctly?

Tire rack is the best site for tires and related products- Donna in customer service was great the shipper however dropped the ball on track said tires were delivered then the next day threw them on the lawn in front of my apartment building had it not been for a vigilant neighbor they would have been stolen
How are some great tires that were at a really good price and got delivered relatively quick.
All the shipping time was fast it was a day later than the order originally stated.

Tire Rack has never disappointed and once again did not disappoint when I needed a new tire ASAP.
I received a new tire within one day, actually less than one day, just as promised.
Now the surprising part was the set of tires I bought (at least the right front tire} were a disappointment most likely a defective tire as I'd only had about 10K miles on the tires. And for what it's worth, they're the only set of tires I've literally ever bought twice in a row in my 35 years of driving.
And it was bound to happen sooner or later after driving several decades, and I'm lucky to still be here in regards to a tire blowout which will be taken up with the manufacturer BF Goodrich. And I factually know all four tires tires were inflated to the proper PSI and no nails or foreign objects were found in the on the tire while on interstate doing the speed limit around 70 and luckily and blessed I missed a guardrail guiding the car to the shoulder unknowingly what actually happened to the car at the time.
So to sum this up, I ordered the tire with a ASAP attached to it and once again Tire Rack does what Tire Rack does, which is getting me the product literally within one day. Always 5 big stars to Tire Rack - thank you very very much!

I had my tires shipped to the preferred installer near me, Ken Towerly. They were unable to mount the tires on the rims. They didn't have the correct equipment. I took the tires and wheels to tire discounters and they did the job.
