After searching around and finding all "drive up" shops closed on Sunday, I was thrilled to find the Tire Rack and the ability to select a local mobile installer! It was so easy to put in the exact tire from my car, get a perfect match, and have it sent direct to the company doing my install, so they arrived with my tire in hand, went straight to work, and I didn't even have to step out to sign anything! <3

Very easy to do business with. The process of delivering to the tire store was good. The one problem I had was that the tire store could not mount the low profile tires for my car so I had to find another place and pay a higher installation price.

Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
