Ive had excellent luck with Tire rack so far, only once had your delivery service leave an expensive set of 4 tires ON SIDEWALK right on street late evening- dark out?! Besides that they always have dropped them over the gate/fencing, possibly you could school them on that as I'm surprised they were not stolen or a pedestrian tripped over them on dark sidewalk... love you guys- definitely talk to shippers!
