Had a quick question but a live chat with Becky was great. Placed the order!
Tire mounted yesterday, but was flat this morning. It's back at the garage now. They will determine if it's the tire or rim. If the rim, all is good between you and me. If it's the tire, I'll need a shipment label to get it back to you.
Would have appreciated a quicker handling time for my order. Placed it on Saturday and didn't ship until EOB Tuesday. There should be an audit in place to ensure orders are processed as advertised and a call our email should be sent to customer explaining and/or proactively make them whole.

I have my "fingers crossed" that the experience I've had thus far will continue through the installation and performance of these tires. Received the tires, have not had them installed yet.

I had originally received a defective tire and put a negative comment with one star but Agata from BestUsedTires contacted me back within a matter of hours attempting to make things better and refunding me my money back. I should see a full refund in about 2 days. A real company that cares about their customers are willing to go the extra mile like this one to help a customer. Thank you.
