I ordered a 275/55/20 tire. After a few days I didnt see shipping status so I called. Young lady told me that Best used had been trying to contact me. Didnt make sense because I have my email on file. They told me the tire I ordered didnt pass shipping inspection 11/32 tread. So they sold me the last tire they had 4/32. I was very disappointed but I needed the tire and i had already been waiting a few days.
Repeatedly over the last few years--when I search your website by brand (pirelli) it wont find tires in my size (275/40/20), but when I enter it by size (includes all brands) it will find me pirelli tires in my size... In other words, by brand ALL the possible tires don't load... Note, as stated on the website, this tire was previously patched. I have bought many tires and about half have had previous patches but I have NEVER had a problem with a patch. Good value.
