Tim Hortons

This store never seems to have chili. Server didn't know what it was. Terrible service. Long lineup due to poor service

Had a very bad experience at a Tim Hortons will never go back there again there not the best coffee shop

This is the third time i buy double sausage and chees wrap and i get 11/4 in sandwich the way they wrapped it like someone don't want be there

Every tim horten workers are slow and lazy, they shut fire everybuddy, and hire intelligent people, have a nice day

So I order a med 3x3. And vanilla dipped donut. And called the store same day for the to say sorry. And for next time just say my name and they will take care of it. Next time. Nothing but calling me a lier. Saying we never had any what so ever order. I order the same thing every day so I don't get it. Never felt so so imbarresed in front of a line up. You forsure lost a daily Custermer. Back to McDonald. How that lady made me feel. I still have the full coffee and donut untouched from the day before. And must of called the wrong store to complain cause k know what I was told. All I know very very disrespectful. And basically calling me a lier. Like sorry sir do not see your name or order alright yeah your store gave me the wrong order I will say there going to loose a lot of regulars at that store due to her treating people this way. So so so sad. Never will I go back there. Rips me off and doesn't replace it when I still have coffee and the donut.Custermer is lieing and is wrong in her eyes. Never again will I go back there.

The service and atmosphere are great except for the fact that there needs to be more Bailey flavour

Drive through; she got my order wrong I repeated 3x and when I went to pay my tap was not working so she said thank u
Yes I got a free coffee but she couldn't even wait for me to pay

Food is tasty and service is also good. M happy. One should try this if you want something good and worth your money.

Staff always kind and helpful. Will return every time we are in the area. Always hot fresh product and always smiling faces

How is your out of condiments for sandwiches for over a week. Here's the kicker. Your based in a grocery store.

Yesterday went with friends taste was good but environment was not so good. Pickup is good option for them

Tim Hortons must retain the quality of their sandwich bread, and the new sandwich bread is like a tissue, not worth the money.so bye bye Tim..

I wish the donuts tasted more like Krispy creme. The taste of their donuts does not taste good, the taste of wheat flour is very noticeable.
