Every Hortons I have tried simply sucks at service, never mind the ever shrinking donut sizes... WOW
Drive through service is absolutely abysmal and they obviously train them employees that way because everyone I have visited is the same crap service. NO NORE TIMMIES FOR ME. Find a locally owned Canadian business to buy from. Hortons isn't Canadian owned anymore so I urge you to boycott the ratbastards.
I have been going to Tim hortons for a long time and I want to say that I'm never let down! I get great service, FAST service and I appreciate that so much! Keep up the great work Tim hortons
I have been drinking Tim Horon's coffee faithfully for the past 35 years, and enjoyed the coffee and playing the rollup when it came available. It's been since the pandemic, when the roll up game became digital that I have not been receiving my points or roll up, upon scanning my card. I have emailed Tim Hortons Digital team as advised only to receive their standard "I'm sorry" email and that "a physical reward card wasn't not scan correctly." when in actually fact it was scanned and confirmed by the restaurant servers. I respond to the email, and don't receive any replies back. I follow up with a call to the head office & Tee has re assured me that I would receive my missed points and roll up with in 5 to 7 business day's. Well it seems as though I was given more verbal diarrhea. It seems as though there is no more customer commitment and further their system glitches are impacting the customers.
At this point I am thinking of not attending Tim Hortons Restaurant any longer. So much for a 35 year service.
Ordered a dozen donuts 6 vanilla cream 2 apple fritters 4 Boston cream I got all Boston cream so needless to say 8 of my donuts went to waste cause grandbabies didn't like them
Went to two Tim's and neither honoured my reward for $7 Big Chill with Farmers Wrap. They both said they don't have Farmers Wraps and wouldn't offer a substitute!
Their lattes are 20 percent foam. You could literally drown a small bat in the foam they put in their latte. Service is OK. But their foam lattes get an F minus.
I love Tim Hortons and I go there all the time with my daughter, but this reason visit as I go through the drive-thru, I had been saving my points to get a free ice cap which is 140 points by the way, and so I go through the drive-thru and I tell the lady about the Redemption before I do it and when I get to the window I'm excited and I say yeah so I guess I'm only paying for my timbits!? She says yes, and then after I bring it through says I never actually ordered an ice cap and I said yeah I did that's why I said it was going to be free and that's why I was excited to scan my card to you. So I guess she didn't actually put the ice cap through which is her fault and then you know what she does? She closes the drive-thru window on me as she calls me a $#*!. So I sat there and I'm waiting for my drink as the windows closed and there's like 10 cars lined up behind me. So I had to wait for a good 10 minutes just for her to open the door and hand me my ice cap call me a $#*! again and then close the door and talk to her employees about me. Lo and behold this was the manager of the place so not impressed at all.
Everything is dry, coffee taste paper. I rarely go to tim hortons since 2-3 years but this is much worst than it was...
Eat here now because you have to, if you don't it should be a federal crime. I would live under tim hortons
Its seems the wraps at Tim's have now become more wrap and half of filling, time to start giving mcdonalds more business
They would not give me a drink the way I wanted it, plus the black coffee was undrinkable...

Revolting demonic company
Sad to see that Tim Horton's has a policy that they won't serve person because they are homeless even if someone else is paying for it.
This complaint is about the principle of honesty and integrity; and not about a small amount of money that was erroneously removed from my Tim's gift card.
I had a Tim's gift card with a small dollar amount left on it.
Anyhow I went into my neighborhood Tim's yesterday to get a medium steeped tea. I swiped my Tim's gift card and I was told what the remaining balance was on the card. I then elected to pay the full amount in cash and I kept my gift card assuming that my remaining balance had not been deducted.
Today I checked the gift card and it stated that I had a zero balance on it!
So today I returned to the same Tim's location and spoke to a supervisor named Phillipine who refused to take me on my word and would not give me any credit at all towards replacing the missing balance.
I told her that I am a regular customer at this location and I spend a lot on steeped tea at their store.
She could care less and told me that they have to balance the cash at the end of their shift and there can't be any discrepancy at all.
I just couldn't believe how chincy this supervisor was. She told me that $1.00 was a lot of money (really?). I told her that $1.00 won't even buy a small coffee.
So much for good customer service towards a repeat customer!
WENT TO TIM HORTONS FOR LUNCH, I GOT THERE AND THEY HAD TOMATO SOUP AND CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP AND CHILI LISTED ON THE MENU, I ORDERED A CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP AND A CHILI, THE LADY TOLD ME TO HOLD ON LET ME CHECK AND SEE IF WE HAVE CHILI, SHE SAID NO CHILI IS NOT READY, SO I SAID I WILL TAKE TOMATO, SHE SAID LET ME CHECK IF WE HAVE THAT, SHE CAME BACK AND SAID THAT WE DONT HAVE TOMATO EITHER, I SAID IT IS ON YOUR MENU IN FRONT OF ME, SHE SAID SHE CAN EITHER GIVE ME CHICKEN NOODLE OR GARDEN VEGETABLE, I TOOK THE GARDEN VEG, I GOT BACK TO WORK TO EAT AND THE VEG SOUP IS SO WATERED DOWN IT HAD NO FLAVOR,. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN AS THIS IS ABOUT THE 3RD TIME IT HAPPENED, AND I DID NOT GET A RECIEPT TO DO THE REVEIW ON THIER WEB SITE, THIS TIM HORTONS IS ON HILL RD IN FLINT MICHIGAN

BOWL. BOTH WERE A BIG MISTAKE. THE CHILI ITTY BITTY TEENY WEENY PAPER CUP WAS ONLY 2/3 FULL AND NOT UP TO THE FILL LINE. PATHETIC. THE CHICKEN BOWL WAS ONLY1/2 FULL AND NOT UP TO THE FILL LINE. NOT ACCEPTABLE. MY WIFE AND I WERE SO HUNGRY THAT WE DID NOT COMPLAIN. WE WERE TIRED FROM A LONG LONG DRIVE AND NOT UP TO THE HASSLE. NOW WE ARE LEFT AGITATED AND UPSET DUE TO THIS HAPPENING. BOTTOM LINE IS... PAID $20.00+ FOR THESE PRODUCTS AND WERE SHORTED. NOT RIGHT AND NOT ACCEPTABLE... WE WILL INFORM ANY/ALL PEOPLE OF THIS... IN MY PERSONAL OPINION TIM HORTONS IS GOING DOWN A SLIPPERY SLOPE, AND, PEOPLE WILL EVENTUALLY FIND OUT ABOUT THEM DEGRADING AND ABANDON THEM... SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE... Answer: I believe Tim Hortons is a legit company but in my mind, I'm thinking they are funded somehow through the liberal party of Canada just because there is a lot of new Canadians working at Tim Hortons? I'm not racist by all means.
