The cheese flatbread pizza was soggy and the tomato sauce oozed all over my hands. There was way too much tomato sauce. It overwhelmed everything. Won't by that ever again!

Time for Tim's to Wake Up
1. Your app is the worst I've ever experienced. Challenges to find location. Commonly wants to download a new version prior to ordering. Slow, slow, slow. I quit using it.
2. Point system. Thanks for changing it. You saved me time because I don't bother with it anymore. It sucks and blows at the same time.
3. Your Drive Thru is priority. I counted 8 staff at the drive through and none at the counter in Strathroy. That's pathetic management skills. Most times I end up waiting, despite being the only one in line.
4. Stop putting donuts on top of Boston Cream. This is a decades old issue and they still haven't figured it out.
5. Teach your employees ethics and edicate. If they think they're too good for this job, tell them to go find something that's so much better than them. If a customer has a problem, their job is to deescalate, not escalate the issue. Swallow their pride and win a customer. Don't be a smug jerk.
6. Roll up the Rim was huge competition for McDonald's coffee. Now, who wants to try to figure it out electronically and discover it doesn't actually work. I used to increase my visits during "Roll" now I don't even know when it's on because I don't care.

9:24 PM; Wednesday January 3rd: Windfields location in North Oshawa…Guess the guy was having a bad day. He was already a bit slow and not the most welcoming guy ever working the counter, but since I'm a nice guy I thanked him for my tea anyway when he gave it to me; And he just turned his back and completely ignored me without a word of acknowledgment…You all might want to work on your customer service training; Maybe a class on not treating the customer like gum stuck under the bottom of your shoe…

My favorite coffee place treated some friends to coffee scaned my crd got my point returned to TIM'S same day in less than an hr scaned my rewards DIDN'T GO THROUGH I was told sorry you have wait an Hour. REALLY TIM'S YOUR APP AND REWARDS SUCK. I expected better! The same happens you redeem points comon guys get your act together the technology is there use it or lose your business to McDonald's

Used to be my favorite

So this this like the umpteenth delivery I received through door dash, (this is not a door dash complaint) I like door dashes delivery service but the fast food restaurants ie. Tim Hortons here, customer service, food service and all around general food care has gone down the drain since COVID and they have cheaper food at higher costs and there employees are not trained correctly! Today I ordered a medium black coffee, med ice cap and a breakfast bacon wrap. WOW what a disappointment, the ice capp was melted so it was just syrup, sugar and froth, the coffee was half spilt out or not enough to fill the cup not sure! (See pictures) and my breakfast wraps bacon was undercooked and the egg was slimy! Talk about wrapped up salmonella packed to go! YUCK! THE Tortilla Was crispy hard, and it was just not appetizing at all! What a shame cause I really enjoy tim Hortons coffee and prices compared to Starbucks and bigsby! I will never go here or order Togo from here again! Plus when I called the store they said" take your order up with doordash" I was like hold on doordash didn't make the food your store did! Bad bad bad management! So if your ever in the Detroit Mi area DO NOT USE THE Tim Hortons on Groesbeck just south of 696 on the south east corner of Groesbeck heading northbound! What a crap show!

This is the second time I have ordered off the Tim Hortons app and have not received my order- this is unacceptable. I have a house full of company. I work full time, so I have no time to bake; therefore, I ordered from Tim's app. When I ordered off the website, I did not know the order went through door dash. When looking on the website, it indicated all the items were in stock. If the website shows you have the items in stock, one expects to receive their order.

The cookies I ordered were to be assorted- I received peanut butter- 4 cookies, and two chocolate chunk- this is not assorted. Out of the dozen donuts I received, I received three correct donuts and the Timbits- I got two kinds- powder and honey glazed- this is not assorted, and the Timbits were hard as a rock.

My order was $31.96, and I have since gone to Robins' donuts and spent an additional $25.00 on items to feed my guests. This is unacceptable and the worst service I have ever received.

To be told the next time I come in, I will get my donuts for free- how does this help me now? I was not asking for free donuts- I wanted the food I ordered, and if you did not have the food I ordered, then call me or email me and let me know- cancel my order. Don't just send me anything you have left in the store.

I will never be back- I am out $85.00 at Tim Horton's within a month because they did not have the product to full fill the order. Plus the additional money spent at Robins donuts.

Terrible lesson learned.

Horrible service

I stopped at the Rectory street london ontario at 225pm April 3rd 2022 and the staff was absolutely ignorant would not take my points for payment I had to tell them my order twice and the girl sounded annoyed when I asked for extra cream
Overall I was beyond disappointed with the service and will not return to this location

Tim Hortons is a great place to have good food and coffee. Prices are reasonable. I start many of my workdays after reading the newspaper and having a coffee at the Tims.

I went to a Tim hortons at main and danforth east York around midnight asked for a coffee and chocolate chip muffin the guy tries to put muffin in bag but drops it on the floor picks it up tries to put it in the bag I asked did you drop it on the floor he said yes but it dropped on paper side I told him I didn't want that one now I will take a different one he proceeded to put the dropped one back on the shelf totally disgusted this store is nasty dirty not to mention half of their employees are lazy and never want to make decaf SMH ‍

About 20 "young lads" arrived unannounced at the Tims / Wendys food court on Friday. June 23rd, 2023.
The reason we came was to celebrate a 93rd birthday of our good friend Hugh.
The young manager (Justinder?) brought Hugh 2 specialty donuts both labelled specific birthday messages for our young friend.

We stayed in a wonderful celebration and somehow all found seating to be together to celebrate this milestone birthday.

JUST ONE MORE STORY OF TIM HORTONS GENEROSITY & SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY!

Great job by Justinder and his immediate supervisor.

We will continue to frequent this excellent establishment.
