Really unhappy. Bought things during a Boxing Day sale. On the site I saw up the top free returns during january' and thought awesome if I need to exchange anything I can do it for free, wow. Not the case. It had to be on full priced items not sale or promotional ones. Even though the whole site had a sale on which meant even full priced items were 40% off. So a top and skirt I bought i've wasted my money on because I can not exchange for a different size, also in my purchases I bought a set with a skirt and top to go together and the top fit but not the skirt so I have nothing to wear to match/go with it now. Will definitely read the fine print on clothing sights now. Very misleading site. Never had a large company/brand online not do any form of return/exchange/store credit for a sale item before.

I bought two items from Tiger Mist that I wasn't at all happy with. Ended up returning one and the other was lingerie and so I couldnt. But as I was exploring their website again, I noticed they used my own name to post an "awesome, super happy" review on the lingerie set that obviously was not me! The review was posted after I had physically received my parcel and has a badge "Verified Buyer". Yes I bought the product but they are making fake reviews using REAL customer's details! This is absolutely deceiving and wrong!

The colour is amazing and it fits perfectly. True to size and super comfortable, especially for a corset. The quality is so thick and nice, feels very high quality for such a good price

I don't understand all the negative reviews that since site gets, I've ordered with them twice recently this June and I've received all my packages within 2 weeks (I live in Canada). The quality of the clothing is decent and the clothes look exactly like the pictures! I also love the fact that they don't ship with DHL so I don't have to worry about extra duty fees on top of my order, will definitely shop with them again!

I ordered from Tiger Mist TWO MONTHS ago and have still not received any package. I have contacted them numerous times and only when threatening court action did I get a reply to say it was shipped and they are unable to track it to wait another month or so and then contact them again. After spending so much money plus paying for a tracking delivery that promised to be with me in 5
Working days they literally have zero customer service skills. Do NOT order from them. They have so many bad reviews on the insta and FB that they keep deleting.

They dont offer returns of exchanged on products that are in a sitewide 20% off sale? Like how am i even meant to opt out of that? So disappointing for a large store like tigermist.

I have had the most terrible experience with tiger mist. Their customer service is an absolute joke, disgusting company. Shipping is expensive and awful. They took a ridiculous amount of time to dispatch and refused to answer any of my emails concerning the time crunch. When it finally did ship it has taken way longer to get here and the import and duty fees were almost more than my actual purchase. I will NEVER order from tiger mist again. Save yourself a headache and buy from LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

I bought several pairs of pants from this company and none of them fit me, so I returned them. I thought that because the merchandise was ill fitting, I would be able to receive a refund, however I was informed I could only receive store credit. Disappointing. But here is when they really decided to screw me over, the return credit took 3 weeks to process and was not for the full amount. I received an email saying one of the pants I returned was covered in "black hair," which is impossible since my hair is blonde and my cat has white/grey fur. This website does not include measurements for their merchandise, making it difficult to know your size in their product, they have a limited return policy and are not very size inclusive, then, they try and scam you out of a couple bucks by lying. STAY AWAY, POOR QUALITY, SCAM

By far the worst customer service I have ever received! Absolute SCAM! Order took 5 days to dispatch and payed for express shipping only for the company they hired to delivery my parcel to wrong address. I even spoke to the deliver company and they even showed it was signed for by someone that was not me and contacted tigermist and they pretty much said it's not there problem and won't do anything even though the error is not mine. They took my money and I am left out of pocket with no products! I will be reporting this company. WORST DAMN SERVICE AND SCAM! All about taking people's money and not helping there customers, disgusting.

I'm writing this review here after Tigermist reported my review as fake on trust pilot. I have a picture of my order.

The quality is horrible and the service is even worse. The clothes smelt like petrol, I didn't try them on I just emailed straight away to return them. I was advised by their customer service I couldn't however under Australian law you definitely can. (chemical odor clothing is also a fault)

I know $150 isn't the end of the world however it's the principle, selling low quality faulty goods with no returns is not ok.

Refund rights

Consumers have the same legal refund rights on sale items as they would have on full-price products.
Stores and sellers cannot take away these rights by claiming they have a ‘no refund' policy for sale items, or displaying a ‘no refund' sign.

-after multiple attempts to return with Tigermist they reported review as fake, and copy paste reply. I'm yet to hear back about the weird chemical petrol death smell.

No where to contact them, I've tried fb, phone number and email and no answer Said it was gonna arrive within 1-2 days but it's soon been a week.

NEVER ORDER HERE. I purchased a large order ($400+) to the U.S that was said to be "delivered" by DHL. I waited a day after the notification as they released it when I did not authorize but it was still not delivered! I reached out the team and DHL, which took 3-4 days to get a response already, both of them said they will be in contact with each other to "investigate". Investigation took over a week and I got a response "concluded that your shipment has been delivered correctly. DHL offers a door to door service, meaning the receiver does not need to be the one to provide a signature, so long as it is received at the correct address per shipping instructions.As a result, unfortunately we are unable to assist in further investigations, or a resolution, as it has been delivered to you correctly." My order was not their when I was home. No driver was on camera. What does their conclusion even mean? THEIR OWN WEBSITE states Please note, if you request your delivery method be updated to a different address or provide DHL with authority to leave, you are waiving your right to any form of reimbursement or re-delivery if your order is not delivered, stolen or lost. We do not recommend changing your delivery method from our signature service."
I did not update my address or provide DHL with the authority so when did I waive my rights for a redelivery or refund. It is ridiculous
DHL and Fedex drivers have stolen packages before. What does GPS do? Nothing. PLEASE NEVER ORDER HERE THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

I returned an item I purchased because it didn't fit and they gave me the wrong amount back for my refund and refused to believe that I had sent the top I told them back when I literally had the top they were saying I sent back with me and on. Their communication was terrible and I will never ever be purchasing from this thrift brand again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WONT GET IT BACK IF THINGS DONT FIT ETC
