Next to my yoga pants, my recently delivered are the most comfortable pants I own. They look like jeans. In other words, they don't look like old lady pants unless you're foolish enough to tuck in your shirt. In fact, I like to think of them as loose fit leggings. The neptune color is a dark jean color (not black). I ordered my regular size and it was a perfect fit.
Love the prices and the styles! You get for what you pay. It wont last forever, but it works. Only thing I wish was different was their return policy. They should refund the amount back and not just offer store credit!
Haven't got my dress for over half a month and I need it next week for my upcoming party.

I ordered two items from Tidestore on July 17th and got an email about 2 weeks later saying that one of the items was out of stock. They requested that I pick another item within the same price range (or up to 10% more expensive) or I could also get a refund. I opted for the refund and was immediately refunded. A little over a week later, they said there was something wrong with their systems and they couldn't retrieve the item info on my order and asked me to specify the color of the item again. It's almost been a month and I haven't received my items, or even a tracking number, but it does seem like they are responsive.
I love dealing with them Communicate with customers and respect them gently Shipping is arranged in a manner Regularity Time thank you for every thing. The products of tidestore are the best, so for that reason I prefer tu buy all different types of things here!
I ordered at the end of Nov 2014 some items were going to be Christmas presents. Tracking number was useless. 1 item got here in January, poor quality bad fit, after many e-mails to cxl my the rest of my order I finally reversed the charges on my credit card. To this date the package sits in my home office waiting for a return shipping label as my post office said the address label on the envelope was not a recognizable return address. I notified the company that if they sent any further items I would refuse them. What do you guess happened in February 2015. I refused the package. You think with a name like Tidestore that it's an American based company, I'll never order from this company again. BUYER BEWARE. I'll be checking from now on to see where items are being shipped from.

Do not buy anything from here. And if you see any good comments, these are from the companies side who write them. Anything you see here, is fake. Our clothes came today, and they were awful. We need to find a way to sue the company. The sizes were horrible their quality and materials are horrible they don't look anything like what they are supposed to. We spent about two hundred dollars on garbage. And there is no way we are going to get our money back, based on the comments here their return policy its just a headache to get your money back, its not worth wasting your time. So please do not fall for this fraud, and stay away from this site.
I placed an order a couple of weeks ago, only to get a bad feeling and check out the reviews. I tried cancelling my order the following day but they told me they can't cancel it b/c they already shipped it out. I then asked for a tracking number only to get a very old tracking number for something that was delivered over a month ago to a different state (before I even placed the order). So I told them that was wrong, they said "oh, we haven't shipped it yet"... So not only was I lied to about them shipping it out in the first place, they also gave me a fake tracking number. I asked again to cancel it with a full refund and am still waiting to hear back from them. This is CRAP! Order #*******

Horrible this is internet fraud at it's best. I ordered jacket in a large when received it was more like a little girls large when I inquired about return they told me I would be better off selling it to a friend as returning it would be too costly and I would have to pay tariffs

Well, after reading all of the reviews, I can see this web site is a complete sham, There is such a thing as internet fraud, and this site is it, I ordered two sweaters on 1/4/2014 and they took my money for sure, now they still have to send it, and this is what they say when I ask about the shipping, "stay in touch we will email as soon as your order is shipped, three times the same e mails. Now it is the 12th of Jan. Looking into getting these people investigated.

I always read other reviews before purchasing. A number of people said to go a size larger. I usually wear a 14 and the 16 fit great. If you aren't very busty, stay with your normal size. I wore my top for the first time last night and received rave reviews. Figure flattering.

The comforter set is excellent. However, UPS left the box at my front door. I don't think they rang the bell. They should have done that rather than leaving the package. Perhaps the driver didn't want to carry it to my apartment. Tidestore excellent services. Thanks
So, im writing this review because I wanted everyone to know about my personal experience with tidestore. I have never once had a problem with this online store. No im not a robot or someone they hired to write this review. So calm yourselves. Im a regular fashion loving girl who loves good prices. I always worry that onlinr stores are hit and miss. Ive had that problem with some sites but ive learned my lesson and havent had a problem with tidestore. The material is good. Although I think it depends on what you order. I will continue to be a valued customer. Until I have a problem. Lol until then I hope my review helps you guys.
I guess I should have done my homework and read the reviews before purchasing a dress from this place. I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and have yet to receive my order. After going back and forth via email with these people, they have inconveince me not one but twice. Told me my order can be picked up at my local postal office which o thought was odd for the simple fact you order online so you don't have to drive anywhere or deal with the headache. We'll I went to the postal office and was told that with the tracking number provided my order was still in China. Thank goodness I only ordered on thing. But I'm really big on customer service and their customer service is HORRIBLE! Avoid shopping with these idiots.

I applaud this company for the speedy shipment of the wedding dress I ordered from them. The dress however did not fit well. I contacted the customer service for a replacement which after ascertaining that there was an error with sizing, they gave me a return shipping fee and address and made another dress for me.

Answer: Mine took 2 months I only received 1 garment which was poorly made and did not fit, I attempted to return the item and the post office refused the package as no such address it was returned to me. I conversed with these people trying to resolve the issue, finally I reversed the charges on my credit card. The package sits to this day waiting for them to send a legitimate return label, if they want it back. I received no further e-mails from them after I reversed the charges, I will wait a year and a day and then donate the useless poorly made garment to Goodwill.
