I bought a few items amounting to more than $200.00 > They called me to confirm the order and emailed me to confirm again with photocopies of my passport, proof of billing and credit card.
I refused to give these to them and asked for a refund. They told me the refund is processed but will take 15 days to reflect on my bank. 15 days passed and I email them again. No response. I went to their website and started a chat. They said they could not find the order. I sent a screen shot, they finally found the order and said that a refund has been made by their finance dept. and wait again. The next day, i tried to chat with them again but I keep getting offline messages. SCAMMERS, please buy at your own risk.

I ordered a party dress for my friend's birthday party on tidestore, and I was so worried on if it can arrive on that day. But it didn't disappoint me and it looks very beautiful, i love it so much. But I'm a little fat and it's ok at all.

I ordered many orders and paid about $ 240 and so far almost 3 weeks, out of 10 items, I received only 6 items in 3 different packages. The quality is really bad and sizes are completely off like 3XL is equivalent of medium!
I sent several emailed to Tidestore but received no response. I regret I ordered items there.

The quality is very good, both the body and the legs fit very well except i think there is somewhat long to my hipshot, but my wife told me it fits as well. Coat is top quality. Wish I bought it earlier.
I'm so glad i decided to chek for reviews about this website when i was about to place a large order. It's obvious the positive ones are written by people connected to the company, while the negative ones are undoubtedly from sincerely disappointed, angry customers. Anyways, given the amount and the nature of the plaints, i'd never risk buying from them. Better safe than sorry, so i'd rather buy from reputable websites and companies, knowing i'll get exactly what i ordered and having the means for returning and promptly be reimbursed if not fully satisfied, even if it might be more expensive. It's a shame most asian companies don't get the concept of fair and reliable internet selling based on trust that has to be earned, because they might sell to a few but in the long run their reputation will be completely destroyed and people will be more cautious and avoid buying from them.

Great Suede Snow Boots. It would be a little tight if refer the online store size measurements. I'm feel very lucky chose one size larger than usual. And after wearing for a while, it felt that much better. Overall happy shopping experience~~~~

If you wish for smart and attractive collection, then tidestore is the ideal. Casual dresses with round neck, long sleeve and double pockets are ideal for everyday purpose. So, I can't help purchasing these dress whenever I feel need to buy them. Bout this online business
I am 6'0", and about 160 lbs. usually about a size medium. Fit wise, it's just about right, maybe a teensy bit clingy if you were looking for something looser. And I felt it was just a little too see through, so it's gonna need a slip. However, length-wise this dress came to about half way down my rear end. Not even close to a dress length, more like a tunic. Which is fine, that's what I expected. I'm six feet tall, things are always short on me. And the sleeves come to about my elbows. But as long as you know what you're getting, it's super gorgeous, lacy and feminine and stunning. I'm very happy with it.
My look has been changed fully by having this sweet cute mini length sweetheart cocktail dress on my body. I just feel great after wearing it. The fabric quality is very good and design is Simple and pure.
I Needed a fancy dress costume at short notice (as seems to be the usual case!) for my daughter for Red Nose Day. Having read the excellent reviews on line I went ahead and ordered a costume, wig and make-up. Cannot fault the service, price or speed of delivery (two days earlier than estimated!) and will definitely use Tidestore again. Thank you.
