I like tidestore, the problem is that you have to follow up, you should know your customer more.

Hola me podrias decir el tamaño de la cola del vestido, y si el vestido que se aprecia en la foto ya esta con enague, el vestido tiene corte princesa o clasico tiempo de entrega al peru, tambien quisiera saber un velo y una chaqueta exclusivo con los mismos detalles del vestido, el velo lo quiero grande y la chaqueta manga tres cuartos. I ordered a pair of trainers on Sunday 31st of January. They advise that it takes 5 days to process the order. I keep checking and nothing happened. The following week I emailed their customer service asking where my order is at. I get told it's a national holiday and they won't be back until the 15th February. I'm baffled as I thought the site was American but surprise, the warehouse is in China! Nothing on their website to suggest they were on holiday for over a week. I get an email to say she will make sure my order is processed when they get back on the 15th.

18th rolls around and still no progress. I emailed asking what's the hold up this time. I get an email response back 3 days later (today 21st) saying that's she's checked and it's not been the 5 days to process.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! YOU'VE HAD MY ORDER FOR 21 DAYS NOW, I CALCULATED 2 OF THOSE WEEKS THEY'VE BEEN AT WORK!

Completely unsatisfactory customer service and appalling timescales. Do not order from this abysmal company. It's not worth the time or hassle.

: I received both my items at an awesome discounted price... A pair of sunglasses and a scarf set. I love them! I received them promptly and was pleasantly surprised when they came packed in an adorable felt case that looks like a huge envelope. This was such a cute touch and it can be used from a casual clutch or a nice case to keep paperwork in. Great job tidestore! In fact, I was always worried on my dress ordered from tidestore because i read some negative reviews and also very worried on my dress. But yesterday, I got it. I'm so happy. The dress is not so bad 90% similar with the pic and I LOVE IT.

I was not having a single pair of footwear in this color but now I can say that I am having the best pair of stiletto heel short boots. They are looking superb on me! :)

I love Tidestore. They have such great deals on trendy pieces. With them, I don't have to break the bank to look good. Every time I order from them, I am always satisfied.

This pair of heels stiletto are just amazing. These stilettos are best footwear I have ever seen. Great in comfort and they fit wandly over my toes. The flap design is very distinctive. I just admire them.!

Do not buy anything from here. And if you see any good comments, these are from the companies side who write them. Anything you see here, is fake. Our clothes came today, and they were awful. We need to find a way to sue the company. The sizes were horrible their quality and materials are horrible they don't look anything like what they are supposed to. We spent about two hundred dollars on garbage. And there is no way we are going to get our money back, based on the comments here their return policy its just a headache to get your money back, its not worth wasting your time. So please do not fall for this fraud, and stay away from this site.

The quality is very bad on dresses.the photos decieve u. L have never been this disapointed.and sizes on jackets very small. Thanks tidestore for wasting my tym and money. Please sell what you are advetising. NEVER EVER BUYING HERE AGAIN

I ordered two overcoats and got them in two weeks. The packing was neat. The overcoats were perfect fit. I loved the fabric and soft touch of these two overcoats! Amazing quality, excellent stitching and looks very stylish! The one thing I would especially like to mention is that the buttons and zippers are of excellent quality! I get so many complements!
