Please don't buy from this company. As soon as they received your money and shipped out the order, the customer service basically ends there. If your order is delayed or didn't arrive in the time frame, they will keep telling you that they shipped the order on time and there's nothing they would do. They will blame you for choosing free shipping and it's not their fault. Even if you ask them to do something they will say that that's what you get for choosing free shipping. And yes they offer DHL service but the price is very expensive and the overall price will not be cheap anymore. Stay away from this company.

I felt like I should write a review for this, as I was definitely nervous about ordering from this company based upon the bad reviews. I took a shot and ordered my little porcelain duck plate from Lladro (based in Spain) and it was about 25% cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Yes, the shipping takes longer than what we're used to these days. They're not Amazon, and the tracking info available does leave something to be desired.

That being said, I got my item in two weeks and it was in perfect condition, very well packaged to avoid damage which was important, because it's a fragile piece. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I wanted a particular Figurine and went shopping at all available places that carried it. I came across Tictacarea and their prices were so much less expensive than any other site I had been too. They also offered free shipping which is a plus. I was concerned about the time frame on getting this piece delivered but it made it before Christmas. It took about three weeks but that is what I expected especially since they gave me a time frame to ship to the USA. I would definitely purchase from this business again without any hesitation. The Figurine arrived with no breakage and well packaged.

Extremely disappointed as I did not receive my watch. Made a payment in April.

Only receive automated response when sending emails.

Truly sad as I thought this was a trusted sight

1 month for nothing, the item was in stock at the moment of purchase, and immediately I got a email that says: we don't have at the moment the item due to lack of responsibility of a third part... etc etc bla bla, then wait 1 month (point is they don't have the items, and that piss me off a lot, any one can open a shop and when people buy a product then they'll buy it from a third part and make profit of it Lie! Cause is a fake stock, there's no stock! I ask them wich watches they have in stock for shipping and... no answer... only good thing it is supposed that my refund is on its way. Let's see..

Absolute waste of time and money. Do not purchase from this website. It has been over 8 weeks since I placed my order and still no sign of item. Tracking number has not provided any updates in over 6 weeks. I have contacted them numerous times and they have offered zero help and are in fact very rude. There is zero accountability on their part and they don't even pretend like they will attempt to offer any help. I keep getting the same useless information: a link to the tracking website that hasn't had any updates in well over a month; and a statement that they can't and will not do anything about the situation. They keep blaming it on delay because of COVID, however I have been receiving items from other countries (including China) at a respectable rate. So, if you are lucky enough to receive your order, that is dandy. If you do not, you are SOL because they will not offer any help whatsoever. And because they do not use an accountable pay service, such as PayPal, you basically have zero protection as a consumer. Do not waste your time or money on this website, absolute garbage.

Tras recibir un reloj precioso de una marca que tiene relojes de caucho (también mascarillas y foulares) muy originales y con un estilo "graffiti". Éste tenía la imprimación 'animal print' en mal estado y el color se habia borrado como de un desgaste nada lógico con el poco tiempo de uso (2 meses máximo y no usándolo continuamente)

I ordered in this store for the first time. I was a little worried, since it was not known how the delivery to Ukraine would go. But everything went great. Convenient service, the ability to track the order and goods in transit. The package arrived in 25 days, without any problems. I ordered a Seiko watch. The quality of the goods and packaging is impeccable. I was especially pleased with the gift wrapping

UPDATE: The support was able to resolve the issue and everything seems to be fine now. There was a technical issue with the bank transfer.

I ordered a watch payed for it then it cancelled the order automatically. According to customer service i should try again / transaction will be automatically reversed. Tried again with another bank account, same issue. Money is gone.

This is a legit online store based in Spain (from what I read) that sells brand name sunglasses, watches, etc. at a discounted price. They offer free tracked shipping on almost all items. Items arrive fairly quickly and I didn't have to pay duties or taxes which is always a bonus.

I purchased a pair of dior technologic sunglasses and paid about $200 less than what I would have in store.

I gave 4 stars because they do not accept PayPal as a form of payment and they charge in pounds even though they allow you to change the currency on their website, purchases will still be charged in pounds.

I'd read some of the negative reviews from others (more in relation to shipping speed when bought as a gift) which i considered but i went ahead with the order anyway based on all the good reviews.
I found the prices were excellent, communication pleasant, friendly & polite & shipping speed totally fine.
Questions i had were answered promptly & in a more 'human' way than most companies out there.
I managed to track my order until it arrived & when it did, it was wrapped nicely that it would've been more than presentable as a gift.
The watch itself was in perfect condition.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy again in future if the need arises & i'd say to others that the site is a safe bet.
Very pleasantly surprised overall - one of the better experiences i've had buying online.

I purchased a limited edition Lladro statue from this company. The company's acknowledgment was swift. Better still, an officer of the company responded within only a single day to a question I raised about a shipping concern. The company had insured the package in full without any direction from me.

The item shipped promptly to the United States from Europe, and was professionally and more than adequately packed to guard against breakage. This is a company that takes initiative. I will most certainly purchase additional items from this company later this year.

I wanted a vintage casio watch with negative display in my collection. I chose casio w800 but its negative display model was not available in India. I found TicTac area where it was available as well as in the right price, no upsell or charges. I was sceptical to spend my hard earned money first on this order with a company located in the other side of the globe. But i trusted them and ordered it with good instinct and in 15 days the order reached me. I got timely tracking updates of the shipment position including status in the customs department, which is really remarkable. Thank you for the efforts and building a dependable brand.
