I have ordered a watch(Booking reference: AVLMKOZYI) (cost me 450 euro) from this site in October 2019. However, at mid-November, I still not received my parcel and I asked the site to check it out for me and I asked them what if my parcel got lost? One of the person had replied me that this had never happened and claimed that if this happens, they can lodge a claim for me and let me wait until end of November.
However, I did not receive my parcel and contacted them again in early December via online chat about this. Then they ask me to send them an email with my order number which I did straight away. After this they didn't reply me with any process. I have been sending them a few emails, they didn't reply me at all. Until now, I didn't receive anything and got any responses from them. It is now 3 months.
I have posted this up to Trustpilot to report them however Tictac area asked me to remove the review and promised me to handle my case. But they didn't, they reported to Trustpilot that they didn't receive my order so they offline my review even I sent trustpilot evidence of my order they didn't reply at all.
So now, they took my money and didn't send me anything.
DO NOT TRUST THE SITE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL.
In may 2019 I bought smart-watches Fossil Sport FTW6022 at tictacarea.com as a present for my wife.
Firstly all was good - we receaived watches in about two weeks and were completely satisfied. But in two or three weeks of using - a part of watch case was broken. I wrote to tictacarea and send a photo. They told me to send watches back for repair.
In the end of July we sand back the watches and in the middle of October we got it back. Total time passed from departure to arrival - 84 days - it's rather long I consider because in my country garanty repair can't last more than 45 days.
But the problem is that after getting watches from repair we can't turn it on. It doesn't react on charging - we tried many times and for several hours.
I wrote to tictacarea.com about it - they adviced me to try another charger. But I got no other charger - it's unique for Fossil smartwatch and I coudn't find it any shop nearby.
I wrote to tictacarea.com one more time and asked for another decision or money refund. And got no answer - fist time I wrote October 25, then October 29 and the last time - today November 6.
Although I hope that we can resolve the situation - the next time I'll prefer to buy the watches at other place not to be alone with possible problems.

Order placed and tracked as expected. I received a clear strap watch Casio GA-2100SKE-7AER which was already slightly yellow. I contacted support via chat on the website and Juan responded very defensively. All I'd asked was I received my watch, thanks but the strap appears to be more yellow than I expected out of the box and sent a picture. I asked is this normal? Straight away he went on a defensive nature and justified that none of his watches have been opened or used etc All he had to answer is that this is normal and expected depending on the angle it is viewed. Poor to no after service. Buy from here with caution and don't expect any after sales if something goes wrong. I intended to add to my Casio collection from here but I won't be ordering from here again. Since my review on trustpilot they have resorted to personal insults. Stay well away is my advice.

You opened the box, looked at the side of the strap, and immediately wrote: “The strap is yellow. Is this normal?” No greeting, no context — just an accusation disguised as a question. Then you sent a photo of the watch… taken from the side, of course.
Now, here comes the science part — don’t worry, it’s simple: any transparent material (glass, plastic, even water) appears more opaque or tinted when viewed from the edge. It’s not a defect, it’s called refraction. Ask a 7-year-old. Better yet, grab a glass of water, tilt it sideways, and you'll see the magic happen. That’s exactly what happened with your photo.
We replied honestly, like we always do, explaining that the product is brand new, arrived in our warehouse just a week ago, and is untouched — as are all our items at TicTacArea.com. We don’t sell used or returned products. Ever.
But instead of saying, “Thanks, now I get it,” you instantly shifted to calling us “defensive” and left a 1-star review minutes later. That, dear Asif, is what’s called performative outrage — and it says a lot more about you than about us.
