In January 2021 I ordered a white Armani Exchange watch and I was given order reference number HPAUCINNF. It's now August and they still haven't delivered. They have even begun to ignore my emails. If anyone is considering buying from them id advice them not to, they're scammers!

My wife ordered a watch for me as a Christmas present in November and it reached California on January but IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR. Contacted their refunda department for an exchange and the CEO himself (supposedly) replied offering to exchange for the right watch or get a surprise discount... We asked for the exchange. Got a reply a week after offer the discount or a exchange again, I kindly asked for the exchange again and got ghosted after that. No more replies, I contacted them on Instagram and they blocked me, I wrote with a different email and they ignored that one too. This company is a F*CKING JOKE. I would not risk my money ordering from this irresponsible and childish people. You have been warned.

I purchase the annual lladro ornament every year from TicTac. They have the best price and their service is wonderful. They respond very quickly to all coorespondence.

This is my third G-shock. I love this thinner style, case shape and weight. The set up procedure isn't the easiest but enter GA2100 set up on youtube and there you are. Just follow the instructions. The strap is a little short for my 21cm wrist but, as I use lug converters and Zulu straps that isn't a problem. This will be my travel watch for my forthcoming Canadian holiday. Excellent service and price from this dealer. Delivery to UK was quickly completed. Both watch and dealer highly recommended.

I have order a watch on 11th Feb 2022 and it not delivered to me. It is returned back. Still I didn't get my refund.

Hard to find Casio G-Shock was delivered in 2 days from Spain to USA via DHL. I am surprised by the shipping speed and the watch is exactly as advertised. I would order again from TicTacArea and if shipping internationally I recommend DHL. I am very happy with the watch!

I bought a watch from them in December, 2019.

I got it almost a month later, and in just 2 weeks the back lifted off.
It's a smartwatch.
And it would no longer charge.

I tried returning it to them in March, and after paying $30 and waiting 5 months, the post office tells me that customs tried to contact the seller and failed, so the package is returning back to me.

So now the watch is still in transit back to me, and I'm out of pocked $330, and they're just saying
'It's Customs' fault, we weren't contacted'

Don't try to save a buck because you'll just get scammed.

I ordered a watch to be delivered to the USA. It came in just a few days. It was just as advertised. I had a question and my emails were answered right away.

I have been waiting since May for 2 Lladro statues. According to TicTacArea, they arrived in the US in June. I was asked to check with USPS and US Customs to locate the shipment, and all searches that I have made failed to provide evidence of their arrival. Initial communication with TicTacArea was prompt and appeared willing to help. Presently, no one has responded to my numerous emails for proof of shipment making it to the US, or replacing the missing shipment or just refunding my money back.

Disappointed. I ordered my watch back in May 2020. I understand with covid there would be less than optimal delivery times but I was willing to wait.

Fast forward to May 25, it shows my packaged is sitting in Canada. It is now October 2020 and zero updates.

I've reached out to CEO Juan several times and was told because of covid I would have to 'wait'. He even offered me he'd open a claim/investigation on my package but was told to wait a week. Fast forward a week later, he now tells me everything must be backed up at the border and hasn't told me if he's open a claim yet. Again, was told to wait and directed to their own tracking site that it has landed in Canada.

I voiced my concerns that I believe the package may be lost but he told me otherwise. I contacted Canada Post and on their end it's considered still 'inbound'. If the CBSA has received it, it would at least update on the website that it's under review.

This was back in July 2020.

I kindly asked him again early September how long I am proposed to wait before opening a claim because now it's getting ridiculous. Keeps saying he'll ship me a new product and now its out of stock. (I have all the several emails exchanged)

I've received many packages from other countries including Spain within a month. It's almost half a year and I'm getting no help from this company. I've been extremely patient and understanding considering the times but 7 months? How long do I have to wait before it's considered lost? Juan refuses to give me a refund no matter how many times I ask and insists I wait for a new shipment because now the product i bought is out of stock.

He refuses to compromise and offer me another watch after making me wait so long.

I can't even receive a refund because they don't use PayPal and that should be a good reason why not to buy from this company. This company isn't willing to help a paying customer.
