I purchased a watch on their website in December 2023. The watch came with a fully depleted battery, they agreed in compensating their fault but never did, after that stopped responding emails and blocked me out their social media. Not a trustworthy seller.
Ordered a watch back in December, arrived in January but then decided to return the watch as didn't like it. Had to pay £13 handling fee for transfer to the Netherlands. Its now end of March and this company claims that they have not received the returns item even though I have evidence to claim that the item had arrived at an intended returns address. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.
One of the worst experience as they are not professional at all. My watch stopped working and they are bargains to replace and it takes them till now 1 month of communication and because I left 1 star review about them they said we will not replace the watch unless you remove the one star review.
Don't deal or buy from them as they are really not professional

This is the third time I purchased from tictacarea.com. All the Casios I bought from them have the lowest price even compared to eBay. Shipping is free but takes a little while to arrive from Spain (about 2 weeks to Canada, then 5-7 days within Canada after released by customs). I got away from duties the first time only, but this has nothing to do with the seller. Overall excellent and reliable service!

Hii bought G shock watch and paid 139$. But I never received my order. They are fake and money making website. I contact them many te and email them but no reply. I did check with Aus post as well. Highly recommended. Never do shopping with them..
I purchased a Fossil strap from TicTacArea and as per online tracking everything went ok, it reached the destination country Toronto/Canada, but the parcel was never delivered to my door.
I immediately contacted the local post office. They did investigate and considered it lost.
I contacted TicTacArea and asked that they send me another watch strap.
The communication with TicTacArea customer service was great. They were patient, listened to me, and there was no delay in the email communication.
They send me a new stripe and this time I got it. Thank You TicTacArea!

Tictacarea eventually responded to my several emails and arranged for a re-delivery of my order. However, I had to pay for DHL courier service to ensure that the parcel didn't get lost again.
I then had to pay customs as well. The G-shock watches were well packed and beautiful - both working so far. The swatch case didn't close well and the watch itself was dusty. But I am happy with the G-shocks so far. Just be warned when purchasing that you will be liable for costly DHL courier fees if you want delivery to be more reliable, as well as your country's customs fees.

I placed an order for the first time in April 2022 - to date there has been no delivery and no communication. Upon my own queries with the Courier - I was told that the delivery investigation was concluded on their side and it was deemed "missing" and they told me they compensated Tictacarea, but to date I have not received a refund despite NUMEROUS requests, and they are completely ignoring my emails! This is tantamount to ROBBERY!
I've purchased a £55 cost watch, but because the description didn't give all details (like the watch's radius) the watch was to small on twist. The delivery time had longer than 10 days, and when I've tried, and I've contacted with the customer service, I've run out of the 14 DAYS, what's the refund policy. Luckily someone is helped to me, and he has agreed to the refund, so I've sent it back, BUT some MF is refused my parcel, so I've lost my watch, and the post cost as well.

I ordered a watch from tictacarea, but the watch did not match the description of the product in their website. When I requested to return the product I was told that I received the watch I ordered but the description was incorrect. I guess I should have known that the watch was not going to match the description on the website. The 2 pictures I am adding will show the original description of the watch and the new one that the company added after my request to return the watch. Not a reputable company. Compare the features in both descriptions.

Stock item on website (Skagen watch band). Placed order, card charged, then told it's a special order. 3 weeks later, still not shipped, and no communication from them. I canceled order and got a full refund. I appreciate that they did that, and didn't continue to waste my time saying that the order would be shipped (eventually.) Simply should have stated on the product page that this was backordered or a special order - would not have have a dissatisfied customer.

Really happy with the service I got. Asked a couple of questions via email before ordering and got a quick and efficient reply. No import duties or additional taxes to pay either so that was good. It's a fantastic watch packed full of useful features. Highly recommended.
Bought a Fossil necklace which lasted exactly a week. So I got in touch with them asking for a solution and got one reply asking for photos, which i did sent immediately... and then nothing, even after several reminders from my side.
This is poor (or better no) customer service at all. This company only seems to be interested in the quick buck.

DO NOT order a Lladro from this company. THEY ARE ONE BIG SCAM. There prices are lower than others for a reason. They have poor packaging which in my case the product arrived broken. They have done nothing to answer my call or reply to my email to fix the problem over a period of 3 months. As a matter of fact, I have tried calling during their business hours and NO ONE answers and you can't leave a message. The CEO Juan Carlos makes promises but does nothing to follow through. STAY FAR AWAY! THEY WOULD GET NO STARS FROM ME, BUT THE SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW.

I said first time is a problem with shipping during the covid situation, and i try contact them for some more details but nothing happens. No answers at emails, no answers on the phones, nothing. Been waiting since I placed my order in October 2020, one parcel sent never arrived in Canada despite claims that it had, second replacement shipment never got further than a label having been made. I have sent close to a dozen emails trying to get something done with TicTacArea and they have been completely uncooperative. It is now nearing the end of April and all of my requests for a full refund have been ignored completely. Avoid these scammers unless you want to be without your money and have nothing to show for it.

I give zero. I ordered watches Christmas gift for my little kid on Nov 2020. I didn't get it yet and they do not responding to my emails. They provide me tracking number which shows only label created they even didn't ship my items. I will call my credit company to get refund due to not responding. I really had worst experience whit them.

Please don't buy from this company. As soon as they received your money and shipped out the order, the customer service basically ends there. If your order is delayed or didn't arrive in the time frame, they will keep telling you that they shipped the order on time and there's nothing they would do. They will blame you for choosing free shipping and it's not their fault. Even if you ask them to do something they will say that that's what you get for choosing free shipping. And yes they offer DHL service but the price is very expensive and the overall price will not be cheap anymore. Stay away from this company.
