I have ordered a watch(Booking reference: AVLMKOZYI) (cost me 450 euro) from this site in October 2019. However, at mid-November, I still not received my parcel and I asked the site to check it out for me and I asked them what if my parcel got lost? One of the person had replied me that this had never happened and claimed that if this happens, they can lodge a claim for me and let me wait until end of November.
However, I did not receive my parcel and contacted them again in early December via online chat about this. Then they ask me to send them an email with my order number which I did straight away. After this they didn't reply me with any process. I have been sending them a few emails, they didn't reply me at all. Until now, I didn't receive anything and got any responses from them. It is now 3 months.
I have posted this up to Trustpilot to report them however Tictac area asked me to remove the review and promised me to handle my case. But they didn't, they reported to Trustpilot that they didn't receive my order so they offline my review even I sent trustpilot evidence of my order they didn't reply at all.
So now, they took my money and didn't send me anything.
DO NOT TRUST THE SITE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL.
