We're the original no-fee ticket site that guarantees the best prices on tickets to live events.
TickPick generally enjoys a positive reputation among customers, particularly for its competitive pricing, user-friendly app, and transparent, no-hidden-fee policy. Many users appreciate the smooth purchasing process and timely ticket delivery, contributing to overall satisfaction. However, concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly in cases of ticket transfers and cancellations, where some customers experienced frustration due to delays and insufficient support. While many expressed willingness to use the platform again, enhancing communication and support during critical transactions could further improve the customer experience and address recurring issues.

I ordered my tickets 1 day before the show.(5pm) Around 1:00 o' clock the next day I didn't have the tickets. I called the 1800 number and spoke to a very kind women. She said she would reach out to the seller and call me back in 5 minutes. She called me back and told me she was unable to talk to the seller but she sent the seller a email, voicemail and text. She said if I haven't received the tickets in an hour to please call back. Within a hour I had the tickets. Great customer service.
What a Mickey Mouse Organization. Bout tickets online for a concert on Friday. Called Friday because I still had not received the tickets. I know sometimes it takes time to transfer. I did get an immediate conformation from Paypal. When I called they told me the first time they never received the money from Paypal so I called Paypal. They told me they sent the money the same day I ordered them. So I called them back and I was told that if I did not log on to my account (that I didn't know I had the order would not go through. Even though they took my money. What an awful ticket broker.
To reply to your reply I spoke to two different people at your origination and got two different stories which neither one matches your that you are putting out for publicity sake. First I was told my PayPal payment didn't go through which it did and then they said it was because I wasn't logged into my account. And you tell me something completely different. Somebody's lying captain and I think it's your entire organization. The bottom line is you took my money… you had my email. I have heard a word from you. What a screwed up company.
In January 2022 I purchased TSA tickets. Masterclass experience. Got my tickets, easy peasy. September 29th, Three Days Grace concert. Forgot to buy tickets like a dummy. Ordered them from my trusted tickpick. Was told "Your ticket(s) have been transferred to you through the Ticketmaster Mobile-To-Mobile Transfer System. This email is NOT your ticket. Please use the separate email sent by Ticketmaster to claim your ticket(s).". The transfer link never showed. I missed my concert. Tickpick's response? "We are truly sorry the tickets were unable to be located in time for the event. The seller has shown us proof they transferred the tickets accurately in time for use. Attached to this email is a snippet of their documentation which shows the tickets were transferred to ********* yesterday. We are truly not sure why you were unable to locate the pending transfer as the seller transferred the tickets using the transferring service for the event and even got confirmation via email that their transfer was successful."
So there was no one to contact the night of. I couldn't find an email or phone number of who to contact for help the night of. All their 'helpful' tips mean squat if you don't receive a transfer link. Know what I did receive? An awesome email the next day saying the link I never received expired.
So, missed the concert, am out 126 bucks and was so angry that I trusted this site not to fail me. Use them if you have weeks to sort out an error. If you need tickets the night of? Trust someone else. Or like the woman at the box office snottily told me "You should've bought your tickets here. I can't help you". No one can help you if your ticket transfer link doesn't show up.
Buyer beware.
Don't even consider buying tickets with TickPick, or you'll end up deciding not to
Attend the event anymore, just like me. The extra service fee of 10-30 dollars on Ticketmaster or other platforms is well worth it compared to the hassle TickPick may cause. You'll regret it.
There's a significant risk that you won't receive your tickets from the seller by the promised date, and TickPick will substitute your order with a ticket from a less desirable section. If you attempt to contact them with your concerns, they will play ignorant and eventually hang up on you, particularly if you reach a representative named Stacy.
Everything was great until they said tickets were delivered on Oct 3rd via AXS, calls and emails saying tickets were there for me to get.
A week later, 9 hours before TOOL concert, ohhh they are at seat geek waiting for you. Once they figured out how they were delivered, it was easy...
So frustrating and paranoid no tickets until 9 hours before show...
Concert 3 hours from my house.
I will never use tickpick again cause on April 5th I had tickets to go to the Cubs@ Reds game. Unfortunately the game was rescheduled because of rain. The game was rescheduled to September 1st but arriving at Great American Ballpark for said game we were denied entry so I wasted money for a game I was not allowed to watch. I called customer service and they acted like they didn't care.
Bought tickets and I made an error on shipping address. Called immediately and explained our error. We were told they corrected it and we were very grateful. Found out they delivered to wrong address anyway and didn't fix the situation. My complaint is the string of emails that came after. Telling me it was my fault and basically my problem. Very unprofessional and honestly just hands off and immature. I buy a lot of tickets and they definitely don't have a very customer service oriented staff. Wouldn't recommended to anyone. Very sarcastic and almost defensive. Maybe I am not dealing with adults?
Have been wanting to see Jerry Seinfeld for some time. When I saw his concert listed on TickPick I got excited. The last time I tried to buy tickets to see him they were unaffordable. But this time via the TickPick the price was right. It was an easy way to navigate through the website to order them and had no issue when presenting my e-ticket at the venue. All in all, a great experience.
I purchased 6 orders for Damien Lillard's return game to Portland. TickPick refunded all 6 orders and the same tickets were later seen listed on resale sites 4X the list price I tried to purchase them at. Unbelievable!
Simplest ticket buying platform out there. What you see is what you pay. No surprise fees that add hundreds of dollars to your total. That's why I always purchase from TickPick!
Literally had to call them TWICE to get help with our tickets, then after 4 hours (thinking we had gotten our tickets) we get an email saying that our order was cancelled because tickets sold out before we bought them. Which is reasonable, but why not tell us that hours prior so we could secure other seats? Terrible service, 1 star.
So easy to purchase tickets and add them electronically to your phone. Love not paying the ridiculous Ticketmaster fees!
Great transaction. Easy to retrieve tickets. Seamless.
I had not used TickPick before, but the experience was good and tickets were transferred to me almost immediately.
Being a huge wrestling fan for many years, yes you get to see amazing superstars but this past event and seeing The Rock was a once in a lifetime experience.
It was easy and simple it was my boyfriend and I first time using that site. I definitely recommend you guys over the other sites
It was very easy to get to my ticket so when I got to the venue I had it ready and didn't have to wait.
Knowing your price out the door is huge. Ticket delivery was perfect
Answer: Hi there, Great question! So as a secondary marketplace where sellers are listing their tickets for sale, the tickets are typically sent electronically via a primary platform such as Ticketmaster, AXS, Account Managers, or SeatGeek (just to provide a few examples). Of course, this is dependent on the venue/event organizer.
Answer: Yes, you would want to list your tickets for a delivery date (In-Hand date) which would directly reflect the day the tickets are available for transferring, listed on Ticketmaster.

Answer: Hi there, You are free to list your tickets on as many platforms as you wish. Please keep in mind, if your listing sells on TickPick you are locked into fulfilling the order. If your listing sells on another platform, you will need to remove the listing from TickPick ASAP to avoid it selling there as well. If they sell on TicketMaster and you do not remove your listing, and then the listing sells on TickPick you will be held responsible to provide tickets to fill the order as well. You will need to monitor your listings/sales very closely to ensure you do not end up with what is called a double-sale.
Answer: Thanks for reaching out! The delivery of the tickets depends on the venue and if there are any delivery delays. We guarantee they will arrive in ample time, 24 hours prior to the event being the latest. Once your order is confirmed, you will get an email with the expected delivery date.
Answer: Hi there, Account surrender means the seller has setup an account that houses the tickets, they would then provide you with the login credentials and you would need to login to the account to view and access the tickets using the login credentials from the seller. It is a valid and safe form of delivery and only used when the event organizer has turned transfers off for that particular event. All sales are backed by our Buyer Trust Guarantee so even with Account Surrender orders, your order is safe and protected by our guidelines.
Answer: Yes, all of our orders have a buyer trust guarantee. If you have any issues with the validity of tickets on your order, you can contact our customer support and we will work with your seller to ensure you have valid tickets for entry at no additional cost to you.
Answer: Hi there, I apologize for the delayed response from our team. Sometimes, if your delivery date isn't until 24/48 hours before the event takes place would be because the tickets are being held and not transferable yet by the venue itself. It is very common for the venues to hold a delay on releasing barcodes to prevent fraudulent tickets from hitting the marketplaces. This is an added security measure out of our control. One of the many reasons you can rest assured with our Buyer Trust Guarantee! We have a dedicated fulfillment team monitoring all orders as they get closer to their "In-hand" date and we will offer replacements whenever possible if the seller misses their deadline to deliver. You may get the tickets before 10/29 so continue to keep a close eye on your emails and let us know if you have any questions.
