TickPick Reviews Summary

TickPick generally enjoys a positive reputation among customers, particularly for its competitive pricing, user-friendly app, and transparent, no-hidden-fee policy. Many users appreciate the smooth purchasing process and timely ticket delivery, contributing to overall satisfaction. However, concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly in cases of ticket transfers and cancellations, where some customers experienced frustration due to delays and insufficient support. While many expressed willingness to use the platform again, enhancing communication and support during critical transactions could further improve the customer experience and address recurring issues.

I usually do not write reviews but I was very impressed with Tickpick.

It was the first time I went to the Super Bowl so really did my homework in order to get the best tickets possible (price wise of course!) checking many reputable resell sites for more than 2 weeks before the game, many times a day. At TickPick I found exactly what I was looking for and I definitely think I got a great deal!

This website have the exact price with not hidden fees, and I believe (Not sure.) that the have a lower commission price than other websites.

Bottom line I decided to trust TickPick for the Super Bowl tickets and they did not disappoint.

Next time I need to buy any ticket I will definitely use their service.

I bought tickets to the Patriots game on Monday Night Football. This was a birthday present for my brother who took off work so I was really anxious and wanted everything to run smoothly.

I was on StubHub, but at checkout I was so annoyed at the additional cost to the ticket in fees that I searched around and price shopped. Found TickPick and the same set of four tickets came out $60 cheaper!

Long story short I bought my tickets and received them within minutes of my purchase. Really glad I took the time to find the best deal. Definitely using in the future!

Great Service
December 17, 2016

My tickets were not delivered, and I thought that it was because of them so I gave them a call. The man who answered the phone did his best to calm my frustration and after I calmed down he politely explained about the delivery delay. He was very nice and I can't wait to go to my first Bruno Mars concert!

I came across TickPick after being referred by a friend who had a great experience from the purchase up to the event! I had a few questions on some tickets I was looking at and was able to have all my questions answered by their customer service staff. After shopping around, TickPick by far had the cheapest tickets compared to other sites out there with no buyer fees and received them with no issues. The tickets were great and I used the money I saved for a Christmas gift for a family member. The gift you ask, tickets from TickPick for the upcoming Bruno Mars tour! Thanks again guys, glad I found you!

Don't trust them
July 27, 2016

The app has issues and the staff seems nice but tends to be incorrect on important things relating to the sale of tickets.

Hello Joe,

I sincerely apologize that you had this experience. I completely understand why you would be upset, as no one wants to be charged for something they weren't aware of.

Whenever a sale is made on our site, the buyer and seller are notified immediately to the email on file. In addition, if a seller has not confirmed a sale within 24 hours, they will receive an additional email to confirm the sale. Finally, once we notice that the event is approaching and a seller has not uploaded the tickets, we reach out directly over the phone to get in contact.

If you provide me with the order number, I am more than happy to investigate the situation and make sure we did our due diligence to notify you.

Rip Off
May 21, 2016

I paid $132.00 each for 4 tickets to the Luke Bryan concert Oct. 22 in Dallas, TX. A total cost of $528.00. They sent me 4 tickets that cost $29.50 each that they bought from Ticketmaster! Don't ever do business with this company.

Hello Rhonda,

First, let me sincerely apologize for the late reply. I am seeing this review, and am terribly sorry that I was not able to address your concern sooner.

There were a few points in your review that I would like to specifically address.

Re "they bought them from Ticketmaster": We are an online marketplace, and do not own any ticket listed on our site. We are simply the connection point between a buyer and seller.

Re "4 tickets that cost $29.50": In addition to now owning any tickets on our site, we also do not set the price for any ticket. We make the buyer acknowledge that the tickets can be priced above or below face value at checkout.

We wish we could erase such an unpleasant memory; unfortunately, we cannot, but we hope you give us another opportunity in the future.

Worst company ever. I paid for my tickets and never got them. I bought the tickets through them when ticket prices were low. Customer support sucked. They kept telling me that I would have my tickets by 9pm the day before the event which starts at 12 noon. I heard nothing and called them 10pm. Their answering machine said no one will be around until 10 am. If it's an emergency, someone will get back to you within the first hour of operation. I had to leave by 9 to get to my event. I had to buy tickets through stub hub which were a lot more expensive due to timing of ordering the tickets. Plus they still have my $. I will never use this joke of a company ever again! Buyer beware!

They came through for me
November 24, 2015

Searched on line for a sold out NASCAR race. After reading reviews and checking with the BBB, I found TickPick. I was able to purchase just one ticket, instead fo the 2 or 4 most of the rest of the places wanted. I paid extra for overnight shipping so I knew I would have the ticket on time. However, when the ticket owner decided to download instead, I received a refund on the shipping fee. How cool is that!?! The ticket was legit and worked like a charm. Also the seat was good too. Overall my experience with this on-line ticket seller was great. I would buy from them again. Thanks TickPIck

Disappointed
July 26, 2015

On July 25th the same day as the Taylor Swift concert, I purchased 2 tickets for the concert.

I received my initial confirmation and was told to wait for the link to download the tickets. No e-mail followed. I called at least 10 times before I could get a hold of a person rather than an automated system. The person I spoke with notified me that my tickets were not available and must have just been sold to someone else.

He then said that my card would be issued a credit and that maybe I should try Stub hub because they would actually deliver the tickets.

Purchasing tickets from a company that both:

1. Did not deliver
2. Was difficult to communicate with…

Is not a company that I want to ever deal with again.

Hello Walter,

In addition to apologizing for the late response, I do apologize that you had such a poor experience with our company. We recognize that we are not perfect, but we will continue to work to improve every single day.

I was not able to locate your specific order, but I can help address what happened. Many sellers, looking to make sure that they get their tickets sold, will list their tickets on multiple marketplaces. Your situation is very rare, but they were sold minutes before on another marketplace. Hopefully you can understand that there is high demand for an artist like Taylor Swift, so many customer's are looking at the exact same tickets.

I apologize that you had difficulty communicating with us. There is no excuse. We wish we could erase such an unpleasant memory; unfortunately, we cannot, but we hope you give us another opportunity in the future.

I don't quite recall how I heard of TickPick, I think I was searching in the app store for sports tickets. Nonetheless, I was very happy with my experience. Everything was as advertised. The only thing that was slightly odd, was the $5 eticket delivery charge. Why bother charging that at all?

Besides that, I think I saved about $50 on my $480 purchase compared to stubhub. I'll be definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time at the Book of Mormon show we attended, in NYC! The tickets were a little pricier than we anticipated, but to be fair, we did wait til the last minute to see if prices would drop (stupid choice). We highly recommend the show and I would use TickPick again in the future, should we need tickets! It was a plus to not have excessive fees tacked on at the end of the transaction, like with most ticketing sites.
