Their so-called guarantee policy is NOTHING. I purchased my tickets days before the game, and on the game day (Friday) I still haven't received my e-tickets. So I called their customer service (whose only word is SORRY) to figure out when I can receive my tickets, and they told me they will call the seller. 2 hours later I received an email cancelling my order and saying "Sorry but the seller has sold his tickets on other website. We will refund you".
Are you kidding me? The price of a Friday night NBA play-off game is insanely high, so I get my friends and myself planned ahead and bought the tickets. Now you are asking me to buy my tickets on same day? They didn't even bother to confirm your order from seller unless you call them. After all, all they need to do is saying "Sorry but we will refund you." and implying "Buy double price ticket on game day 'cuz you are stupid enough to use our website".

I am nervous. We used TickPick for the first time for the rodeo in Houston on Monday, March 12. My tickets were scheduled to be delivered via FedEx no later than today, March 9, but no tickets have been delivered and since its Friday, I thought I better check on them (thinking no one may be available over the weekend to help me). I emailed the company and got a rather quick reply that the seller just got our tickets and would overnight them, yet FedEx doesnt deliver on weekends, so now we will get them on Monday (by 10:30am). That is the day of the concert! And we had planned to leave early and spend the whole day at the rodeo. Now we have to sit at home and hope the tickets show up.

Attended the Cowboys/Redskins Game on 10/29/17. Usually tailgate and buy my tickets via TickPick app 30 minutes before Kickoff. I have been doing this going on 2 years now using TickPick with no problems.
Bought my ticket and received my email minutes later. Friend attending the game with me bought his ticket via the app 30 minutes before I bought mines and NEVER received an email. After waiting outside the stadium entry gate in pouring down rain for 50 minutes in which during this time we also tried to contact TickPick Phone Customer service and received an automated message saying No Customer Service Reps are available at this time because my friends money was tied up due to purchasing a ticket he never received I had no choice but to purchase his ticket for him using the app on my phone. By this time the game had already started and there were no more single tickets available. Only remaining tickets available were only sold as a pair (2) so I bought a pair of tickets that totaled $71. That was the lowest I could find. Almost $40 more than the ticket my friend paid for and never received and $40 more than my own ticket I paid for and received. We were only looking for standing room only tickets. By the time we made it into the game we missed the First Quarter.
When i got home I sent TickPick an email letting them know what happened in which I even provided a screenshot of my friends app on his phone confirming him still not receiving his ticket by then over 2 hours into the event and TickPick's (Connor Clark) response was basically yes we gave your friend a $10 credit to his account but the $71 you paid to get him into the event is your loss.
The same thing happen to me 2 weeks ago at the 49ers/Redskins game where I myself never received my ticket and had to purchase another one so this does not seem to be a random issue.
So after yesterday and the email response I received I am done with TickPick
They got me for $71 which included the $15 credit they gave me for the 49ers/Redskins game and don't seem to care.

Used their website to look for tickets to a theatre show for that evening, found tickets that I liked, put in my credit card information and clicked submit. A message came up telling me that those seats were no longer available. So, we ended up buying tickets through another vendor. To my surprise, when I looked at my bank account a few days later, I noticed a charge from tick pick! I called tick picks customer service and he basically told me "too bad, so sad" since the event had already taken place. He asked me if I had gotten any emails from them with the tickets, which I said no that I hadn't. He then proceed to tell me to look in my SPAM folder and guess what? There they were! So after the tick pick website says that the tickets were already sold and the emails go to my SPAM folder? And I'm responsible for these tickets that I didn't know existed? WORST customer service EVER!

Recently I had bought floor seats to Garth Brooks, costing me almost $700 Canadian. When our tickets were scanned at the venue they said they were in fact real tickets but they were not floor seats, they were actually second level seats on completely separate sides of the venue. So what tickpick has done was took single seats no one would buy and disguised them as floor seats. When I called them to get my money back they denied everything and refused to give me a refund. I have documentation from the venue saying the tickets were in fact doctored and they even scanned them a second time and sent me a scan report. In conclusion just another fake ticket site, Unless you want to waste hundreds or thousands of dollars they aren't worth your time.

I bought tickets for the Chicago cubs game and when I received my tickets after paying $213 for them the tickets didn't work and wrigley field wouldn't let me in the stadium with the information tickpick had given me I tried to get into contact with someone and no one will get back to me and they don't refund your money I will never use tickpick again! I bought two tickets to lady Gaga concert in st. Paul at excellent energy center on 8/21/17. When I finally realized received tickets via email, they were Lady Gaga concert in Inglewood California on 8/8/17. I live in Minnesota. I checked history on when I was on Tickpick site and one minute b/4 purchasing ticket I was on 8/21/17 excellent energy center. I contacted them multiple times for refund and they refused to refund 2 tickets for $278.00 even though this was the beginning of July. They offered to put my tickets up for bid and when I finally agreed, I didn't hear from them again until I sent them an email and after several days, they finally responded. They told my tickets have not sold. Since then I have emailed a number of times and they have not responded. When I want on tickpick to see whether tickets had sold, tickets were not even listed. There was one ticket listed for the row I was in but I had two tickets up for bid next to each in same row. When I emailed again asking whether tickets were sold because they were not listed, they never returned my email. Tickpick has not responded yet and it is less than two weeks out from concert and I will be screwed out money. I will take whatever action I can to recoup money and warn people to never buy tickets from Tickpick. I have never been screwed over ordering online before. Do not be fooled with the " No extra fees" for they will scam you out of your money by selling tickets for wrong concert and blaming it on you. I would rather pay a couple extra for fees than lose almost $300.00.
