I had a very disappointing experience buying tickets on sale because it seemed that you sold to me, the worst seats of the event, at the very back of the stadium. Now I have to sell them back and I probably lose money. I had to buy them again from the normal website and chose my seats.

The Ticketmaster app does not work. I am unable to view my tickets. I attempted to resolve the problem using their help email. They only offer useless suggestions like rebooting the phone, reinstalling the app etc. I finally asked for a phone number for someone to talk to. The phone representative helped me to access the tickets using an internet browser. I am still unable to access the tickets using the Ticketmaster app.
Fees are very high.

I am not happy with this purchase. It showed up first when I searched for Fox tickets and then there was a timer at the top of the order ticking down the time and telling me there were limited tickets available. I needed an extra ticket for my grandkids as another one was going to be with us when we went to the show. I felt pressured and would like a refund please. When I went to the site cancellation of the order was not an option.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
