Reliable and fast, I was never worried about lack of communication about my tickets.
I couldn't see the stage as to where I bought the tickets, so just had to hope for the best. But the venue was almost sold out, so I had to hurry. Other wise all was well. The price I paid for the tickets was much more than they should of been. Looking on my phone, they were about half of what I paid on line. I wish I would have known.

I bought pre-sale tickets for Trans-Siberian Orchestra in Phoenix. Selected seats and paid, thought I was done, just like many ticket purchases in the past. BUT NO. Come the day of the event, I did NOT have my final tickets. It was a nightmare trying to get my tickets, kept getting a runaround and did NOT end up with the seats I selected. The original tickets cost about $950 and they SAY they are giving me a mere $50 refund. IMO, this was a total scam and they ruined my family's day with their unacceptable business practices. Be aware of who is actually selling you your tickets and don't buy if you aren't sure of the seats you selected.
I received my tickets immediately after purchasing. So far, the process has been seamless. The event is in March, so I have yet to use the tickets, but I assume that process will go smoothly as well.
Not easy. I don`t have my mobile tickets yet, I know they might come later, but I could use more communication. I chatted last week and never had a reply.
