I have received unacceptable seats because the website states the row is "DD" but does not show where that row is located. A phone call to the theater identified rows DD is the most rear row in the theater, and also stated that their seat prices were far below what I had paid.

No real issues with ordering/receiving tickets. HOWEVER...$36 fee on each $106 ticket? That's over 33%! And they had the audacity to charge $7.50 for "electronic transfer fee"? I didn't realize that electrons were that expensive!

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
