This site is extremely easy to purchase from. Unfortunately for me, I thought I was purchasing something else and hope you will allow me to return the tickets for a refund.

I purchased two tickets for this concert and was contacted via telephone within 20 minutes telling me they had sold me tickets that don't exist. They gave me two new seats, but I don't know where they are yet. Really poor planning.

I have received unacceptable seats because the website states the row is "DD" but does not show where that row is located. A phone call to the theater identified rows DD is the most rear row in the theater, and also stated that their seat prices were far below what I had paid.

Not easy to access tickets. Friend had extra tickets so I did not access the ones I bought. I had been trying and it was not loading for me. When not use again

No real issues with ordering/receiving tickets. HOWEVER...$36 fee on each $106 ticket? That's over 33%! And they had the audacity to charge $7.50 for "electronic transfer fee"? I didn't realize that electrons were that expensive!

I didn't realize I was purchasing resale tickets w a huge surcharge and I won't get my electronic tickets until the day before the show? Something isn't right.
