I can't complete ticked transfer. When I click on "agree" I get a prompt in red that I have to scroll through all terms.I do it and still can't move forward.

The one complaint is that the address of the parking deck was not included in the info I got and the deck I purchased in did not have a sign identifying it, so I drove around in circles for a little bit just asking if I was at the right deck until I found it. A specific address would of been helpful.
