My fiancé sent me a show he wanted to see and I clicked the link and made the purchase. So far the experience has been good. Still waiting on my actual tickets via email. I have had communication that I will get them 2 days before the show.

Very quick and easy system, but I was under the impression that this was a direct ticketing system. I realize that the website mentions that it is a reseller, but the way that it is set up, showing all the ticket locations and not individual tickets that are for sale lulled me into thinking that it was an alternative to ticketmaster. It is not.
I was leary of this purchase since the tickets for the event haven't even gone on sale. When googling the particular venue, this was the first website that came up. Then it gave a warning that tickets were selling out and to quickly make purchase. I was a victim of click bait and believe I paid way more than I would if I went with the site of the actual venue.
There needs to be some sort of trust built that doesn't seem to exist for this company. The purchase process triggered some red flags due to when tickets will be delivered, so I followed my instinct to google the company. That took me down a rabbit hold of horror stories and class action lawsuits due to shady business practices. I immediately called customer service to cancel my order, and was told that I couldn't. "Nothing can be done" is a pretty horrible way to run a SERVICE-based business. Run away. Buy tickets from a reputal brand.

I paid $50 too much. The whole thing was confusing and next time I will just take my chances.
