Staffing a door person for will call tickets is always an option at other venues. The sorting for ticket purchasing is confusing and does not allow me to navigate to the seats I want (little value add). Zero details about the venue and the seating arrangement provided. Net/net it is very obvious that this site is providing little customer value and extracting the maximum dollar amount possible because there is no incentive to improve for the concert goers benefit. Abusing your monopoly power is not a great long term strategy.
