This is the first time I have purchased from this site I was surprised at the added costs and not having the tickets in my hand is not very comfortable. I did not realize that the tickets were sold be someone else and you were a go between. I hope when I go to the arena there will be no problems getting my seats.

I think that we should be able to see a diagram of the seating so we know what we're paying for as well as an itemized statement showing what the extra charges are. My charges went from $122.00 to $166.? For some unexplained reason. I don't even know what I just paid for!

Ticket price was greatly inflated for what it turns out I could have paid on the venue's website. I paid over twice as much as I should have, and when I found out the price was too much (very shortly after the order was placed) I tried to cancel but the company wouldn't let me. They shouldn't allow sellers to advertise tickets they haven't even bought yet, as was done in our case. The seller advertised the ticket at a high price, but went to the hard-to-find venue website to purchase a much cheaper ticket after we paid them the high price.
It was ok, should have quantity of tickets asked first.
