My choice of delivery was only e-mail, not even a choice of USPS. I purchased the tickets over 30 days in advance of the event. Surely even the USPS could get me the tickets in that amount of time! Then you had the nerve to charge me for each ticket. $15 to send 1 e-mail. REALLY?

You guys had the best seats available at a good price! I did call and talk to a woman who was kind enough to explain e-phone tickets. I actually bought 3 seats and a few rows back and saved 165.00! Now we will have more room! I wish seat locations were available, We like isle seats and it is hard to purchase $$$ tickets without knowing what the seats are. Being stuck on the far end stinks having to walk buy all the people and your view may be restricted. Hope not in this case! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
