I recently bought concern tickets at $84.00 but once I clicked to pay the charge was over $200.00 NEVER use this company. I thought this was the actual concert venue and it wasn't and I recommend that no one ever uses this site. Searched for an event at a local venue on Google. Got TicketSales.com instead of the venue. Found the event I wanted and ordered 2 tickets for $83.79.
Later, friends shared that the ticket prices they bought were only $12 each! Sure enough, going to the venue's actual website confirmed this price!

The amount run on my card was approximately $40 higher than the amount presented before I was able to click to confirm my purchase. The sales tax was expected, but not the "processing fee" (about 1/3 of the price of the tickets themselves), for tickets to be delivered by email. When I called to complain about this, the customer service rep did very little but repeat the same thing several times ("tickets are not refundable") and offer unwanted advice about how to sell the tickets I had purchased without visibility to what they would actually cost. Bottom line--if you are looking for tickets to an event, LOOK ON THE EVENT WEBSITE FIRST (the tickets on the site for the event I was inquiring about were half the base price on the TicketSales website, BEFORE the up-charges), and bear in mind that the TicketSales website may appear in the browser above/before the event website. Since refunds aren't given, it's definitely worth the time to check the actual website in order to see the "real" price of the ticket.

The ticket price shown is more than double venue pricing. Final pricing is not shown until after you hit complete transaction. At that point, the price is doubled and there is no option to cancel the transaction and there are no Refunds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Unreal. Literally this site is a borderline scam if not an actual scam. Booked tickets for Space Miami and the entry time came through saying 7am entry... I wanted 1am entry which they showed on their site so I contacted them immediately and they offered to look into it and immediately declined to help.
Their website doesn't allow you to select the entry time which is odd because they clearly had inventory of the tickets if they were selling a 1am entry ticket straight after selling me a 7am entry ticket.
They've not even issued me with a ticket yet and they refuse to help or cancel or switch the order... I'd never buy from these con-artists.

We purchased 2 $35 tickets for the cirque show in knoxville, upon completing the order the price with all the fees came out to $311. We were second to last row and couldn't see anything because of a woman wearing horns on her head the whole time. When purchasing our tickets we thought we were getting front row based on the price and the way they showed the seating. Upon speaking to everyone in front of is and behind us they all informed us they all paid $35 per ticket. Even very front row only paid $100 per ticket. There was plenty of open seating at the venue and it was not near sold out. When speaking to a representative we were told they charged "fees" due to it being a sold out venue. Will not let you speak to a supervisor, they are thieves and crooks

Horrible company that shows up first on searches when you are looking for any venue. The biggest rip off and will not return or refund your money for any reason. They charged us $60 for local band at local venue. When at the venue, I found out that each ticket was only $15. That is 4X the face value. Place was not sold out. This is not like other 3rd party venues that upcharge because of supply and demand. No integrity. Takes advantage of people without them realizing it.
