Unfortunately most people have been scammed by this company but only find out after purchasing tickets and finding they paid way too much and then the company has an absolute zero refund or cancellation policy. After reading reviews it seems like tickets are not legit or have been used and people still can't get their money back.
I didn't go to this site, I ended up on it by some kind of click bait or redirection and didn't even mean to be on an American site as I was trying to obtain tickets for a local ball game.

This was 3 months before the event and the confirming email said that this was an "offer to procure the tix." They would not refund the money because their entire business model is based on taking advantage of customers. I would advise you to stay away from this website - unless you enjoy over-paying.

I had bought 4 tickets for shen yun 6 months in advance from ticketsales.com.($1266) hearing nothing from them until 2 days before the event, they called and left a message for me to call them back. I call and they offer me $150 off to take floor level seats in the back. I said no thank you. They said they would call back. So I had another message to call right away. I called back and a lady told me my tickets were not available and she could sale me the floor level seats. I told her to forget it and cancel my order if she would not give me the tickets I had already bought and paid for through them. She processed my refund and I went directly to the shen yun website to find there ticket sales. I watched my four seats change from sold to available so I clicked on them and bought them for $636. I will never use ticketsales.com again and you shouldn't either.

I was told to try resell the tickets. Further to that, I had no idea the small print says "all prices are in US dollars" and that never even crossed my mind. Ordered tickets thinking I was ordering from the local vender in my Canadian city. Turns out they are a 4th party USA (?) company. They will charge you with ridiculous fees and in US funds. Then they tell you you 'should' receive the tickets 2 days prior to the event I frickin hope so! I was using my smartphone to try to buy tickets to see Coheed and Cambria on 7/26/22 at the Anthem venue in Washington, DC. I thought that I had clicked through the Anthem venue site, but i accidentally must have clicked a TicketSales.com advertisement. I thought I was ordering from a normal ticket site. But when I completed the order, Order number *******, I didn't receive tickets but only a notice that they were going to buy the tickets for me later and send me the tickets by 7/24/22, only 2 days before the concert. I was surprised and looked around online and discovered many, many, complaints about TicketSales.com, including many on the Better Business Bureau BBB site. Most say the same thing, that they didn't understand the terms and some that didn't get the tickets on time. I got more and more worried about waiting 5 months to receive the tickets, and worried whether I would ever receive the tickets, but when i went back to the TicketSales site, all the info there said that all sales are final. Then my friend went and bought himself better tickets than mine from a normal ticket vendor site, and they cost less than half of what i paid TicketSales.com. Also, he received his tickets right away. I contacted TicketSales.com on their chat app and asked politely and repeatedly for a refund, but they politely refused and then eventually they ended the chat saying that their answer was final.
