My event is in two days, January 6th. I ordered the tickets in October and clicked on the link on January 1st and after multiple attempts, multiple browsers, phone and laptop, I contacted customer service. They told me to try all of that again. Then they said I tried too many times, they will send a new link and try tomorrow. Did it all again and still the link doesn't work. Then I was told on Monday that I have not "exhausted all of my efforts" and I need to be patient and wait until it gets closer to the venue. Tuesday I chatted with another customer service rep who seemed to be great and said we need a new email address...made no sense but OK, still no new link. She then said it could take a couple of days to "convince the seller to reissue the tickets" however she said dont worry, we guarantee your tickets. Today is Wednesday, I have no tickets and spoke to a third person that is telling me to be patient, it may come right before the show starts and they do not guarantee the tickets, dont know why yesterdays customer service rep said that but it "shouldn't be a problem" I want my tickets, the show is sold out and I paid over two months ago.

Purchased four tickets for $800 to attend Elf at Tennessee Performing Arts Center in Nashville, Tn, December 2022. 5 hours before show - no tickets. Called and said they did not have them. They were so sorry refunded my money and gave me 10%, or $80 credit that obviously I will not be using.

I bought two tickets for a Monster Truck show in FL. The regular price for this event was $16.50.
So I bought two tickets with a seat reservation and ended up being charged $218.
I called and they said when you purchased the tickets you agreed the terms and conditions.
So I believed I was paying $16.50 and some fee but it was not the case. Also there were no seat reservations at all. I just wanted to let everyone know be careful with this company.

I bought 2 tickets to show 3,5 months in advance. Second later I realized i can't attend it. My order wasn't processed yet so i called customer service immediately to cancel it.
Of course all I heard was "Unfortunately we cannot cancel you order. There is nothing we can do. We have no refund policy because we are third party company". I wanted to speak with supervisor, but they said they cant transfer any of calls. Suggested i can resell tickets. But only for a price of face value of ticket which is $40! Adn there will be additional 15% fees. Well of course that third party company have service fees on anything. They charged me $206! For 2 tickets that Ticketmasters sell for $106 total! And base price for ticket is $40. No words to describe how they ripping off people

I ordered 8 tickets for a local hockey game. They were listed at $32. Per ticket. At no time did a page come up listing the service charges. After I hit 'buy', my confirmation showed $736. In SERVICE CHARGES.
I attempted to immediately reach out, and was put in an endless loop of picking choices for more information, and was told that all sales are final, no refunds, etc.
Needless to say, I will be disputing this with my credit card company.

I inadvertantly purchased two tickets from TicketSales.com thinking this was the preferred site for the venue. The purchase experience was easy, however I only learned the next day of my mistake when I discovered for two $20 tickets I was charged $99.83! The service charge alone $20.88 was more than one of tickets! These are two general admission tickets that if purchased online via the venue would have incurred a $7 service charge. Also these were not exclusive seats or anything special... and in fact are still available through the venue. So once I reviewed th order details several days later I asked for a refund and admitted my mistake. Nope. Apparently all of the other amazing reviews (suspiciously none speak of the preadatory fees), are indicative of how these fees must surely justify the service provided. Nope. Plenty of other resale ticket service providers who do not charge such excessive fees. This is my review to inform others that they should not reward companies whose entire business model is hidden fees and excessive charges.
Our show was cancelled for covid and another performance was added over a month later next to Christmas yet they would not offer a discount. No not use this website, just go to box office for your desired venue, you will be much happier, save an 80$ handling change as well as on other handling charges

Long story short, I was scammed and then received an email with a voucher that "had an expiration date" but no where did it actually list that date. I went to go use it about a month after "it expired" which I found out when I went to use it. The company refuses to honor the voucher although I've provided them multiple times with the email that has no expiration date on it. They have given a million excuses, no. I can go on about this for hours but I've now wasted enough time without an excusable answer. I have attached a picture of the eMail and asked them multiple times to send me an email where it clearly states the expiration date.

Recommend not using TicketSales.com. They have added fees not clearly identified until after you have dropped your payment. Even after making payment, they only show a lump sum for the tickets until after I called and demanded a detailed invoice. Ultimately, the cost of a sports ticket was more expensive through their service than if we went directly with the team's web site.

True prices are not listed (I ended up paying five times what I was quoted), they do not provide original prices in receipts so you cannot even dispute with your credit card company, and they DO NOT OFFER CANCELATONS OR REFUNDS stating it's because they don't have any tickets in stock. Which is so laughable, as you can cancel it and put them back up for sale. I work in events for a living I do this all the time.
They wouldn't even let me speak to a manager or someone higher up in the company stating "Our supervisor and higher-ups do not take contacts so we are unable to transfer the chat to them. Also, even if they take contacts, the same information would be provided to you." Which is sketchy af.

I purchased tickets through this site to a comedy show at the Houston improv that was due to air March 4th 2022 the Houston improv officially canceled the show February prior to the event and I have been trying since then to get my money. Every time I call ticket sales customer service representatives and for me that the show has only been postponed when I have confirmed it numerous times with the Houston improv that it had been officially canceled even before the show was supposed to go on because the comedian was in rehab. Each time I call ticket sales which is over 100 times now at this point they tell me they have reached out to the venue for confirmation with no response and that they can do nothing for me they refuse to let me speak to anyone in a supervisor position and have given me absolutely zero updates since the first email received in March telling me that it was postponed. I find it very hard to believe that every time I call they are reaching out to the venue and they've not had one response from the venue at this time for an update. At this point I feel like this company is ripping me off and is now holding my money hostage going on 7 months now and they've done absolutely nothing to correct it I will never buy tickets from this site again. Absolutely disgusted by their lack of concern to take better care of their patrons I'm owed $200 at this point and it's very frustrating that I can't get anyone to fix it. I've never had this type of issue before but I'll be sure to never use this site again if I could give you negative Stars I would absolutely worst customer service with no follow-up and no expected resolution
