Having a hard time finding the actual digital tickets. Not aware if I have received them or not there should be an easier way to get them... also trying to call support and has taken a very long time

In town to pickup one son at airport on way to meet up with the other. He wanted to go to an Avs game. Got on line and it was easy. Tickets accurate, printed, ready to go. Fee was a shock $11.56/ticket and $7.95 service for both, but total was less than face values in my case. I'd use them again.

Everything about it was good. Fast and easy. Ecxept the part where you have to type this 100 character novel about how the company did lol

Extra charges are insane and I went to different sellers after I agreed to purchase price to find tickets cheaper. Will not use again.

Having to pay an extra $13 per tick in fees -- and write a review of at least 100 charachers? Really?

These kind of things are a little bit annoying as a customer, I just want to buy my ticket the fastest and easiest way possible. Also I believe the fees are high. I hope the service is good if anything goes wrong.

It was easy to purchase but then the servicing fee was a shock at how expensive it was and it came at the very end

Purchased tickets for Oct 21 game, received November 4 game. Site would not refund or do an exchange. Told me I had to sell the Nov 4 tickets and they would help me purchase the Oct 21 tickets over the phone. Tried to get my money twice. Very Poor customer service.

Holy FEES batman... my god. And now they need me to write more than 100 characters. Let me reiterate: HOLY FEES, BATMAN

The service fees are $40 per ticket in addition to the ticket cost itself and you have to complete this review before your tickets are sent.

I wanted 1. Ticket only but ended with two...now I have to pay twice as much..
And I am also waiting for the reply to a call to sell 1 ticket..

Liked it. Wish that I could have been able to insure the purchase though as Tickets. Expert is not a covered vendor evidently.

An overall satisfactory experience! I was able to purchase a ticket of my choice with preferential seating options. The transaction went smoothly and I am satisfied! I would recommend to any and all looking for tickets in the future.

There are too many steps to receive a order that I paid for. I shouldn't have deal with doing reviews with a third party. Just send my order. Also lower those service fees.
