First time using this service, so far so good. I'm from out of town trying to see my home team play in New York and this was one of the only sites that had seats so I went with it.

I got tickets bought from under me twice while they were in my cart. This is ridiculous, thats why you have a time limit when they are in your basket. If i press "purchase " i shouldnt get denined.

Service fees are outrageous. For those kind of fees the tickets should be hand delivered to the customers door!

Great experience. Too many requests to do reviews though. Not sure why you need to get rated 5 times for ticket purchasing. Site was good except for that.

Was able to do what I needed to do in a timely manner, although next I would like to the companies resales price whole looking at the price or a simple suggestion is to include the resale fee in the ticket price. Instead of throwing the fee at the last second

Its easy to use but the service fee is very high, I would recommend this sight regardless of the high service fee on both ends.

I wished to get a refund on tickets I accidentally purchased. I purchased the same teams but wrong game. There should be a policy in this scenario so I don't have to relist the tickets myself.

The process went well and I enjoyed shopping for ticket expert. I am excited to go to the Yankees game.

Good ticket experience, but the back up experience for rebates went on for 20 some minutes. Difficult to listen to all that from my work location. Possibly someone could mail at info to be filled out rather than doing it on the phone.

So you think you got a great price for tickets ( because the seats are not that great)- you have the buy the allotted amount because you cant change # of tickets you really want to buy, on top of that they add an additional fee for each tickets- one that I dont even need! Now I hope I can sell the extra ticket... The concert better be worth it! LOL

Tickets prices were ok, service fees for 4 - $97.92US and $7.95 to send to my phone, totally outrageous! I did like that I got to see where we will be sitting.

This site was extremely easy to use. I highly recommending using this site to purchase tickets. It gave us excellent options and highlihhtrd the tickets we wanted to purchase.

Bought a pair of tickets not only do you get dinged service fees twice one for each ticket you also get dinged a delivery fee just to have them emailed to you.

Definitely overkill on the fees as it doesn't cost that much in order to maintain the infrastructure behind the ticket ordering system. Will not be using this again.
