I didn't appreciate being slugged a $40 service fee - it is a bit much. Almost doubled my ticket price. And not being able to just say that, but being told to add more information cause you have to add in a certain amount of characters into this box is really annoying!
The $50 service fee is too much, email communication is slow, the directions for how to use the tickets isn't there, it's hard to tell if you've got the actual tickets, I've seen the seats cheaper on other sites, and their customer service for answering questions about how to get the tickets has a 20-30 minute wait time (I had to call twice, they hung up on me after the first call).
Yes there's a fee at the end... How do you think these sites make their money? Stop complaining about that. I waited until 2 days before the event I wanted to take my daughter and nephew to and was able to still get tickets to an always sold out football game. It's the price we pay for convenience! I appreciate being able to purchase the tickets and do not mind paying the fee for this site to save me a TON of money. When I would have otherwise had to pay hundreds of dollars for the same tickets to the same even.

Although it was very convenient to buy online, it was a surprise to get a $50 service and electronic fee. Really!? Almost $20 per ticket service fee. Im glad I only needed 2. I will be buying my tickets in person from now on.

So far this ticket purchasing experience has been excellent! No hitches - easy website to use, found great seats and was able to purchase easily and quickly. Having PayPal as a payment option was key too! Very happy!
