To many extra charges, Tickets became very expensive
Started at $ 40.00 each and ended up at $115.00 total for 2 ea.

Need to be more up front with TOTAL price, should consider discount too make it right. Made promise to my guests, feel taken advantage of.

One third of the tickets added on as a service charge seems high! Our government only charges a 5% tax.

Picking and checking out was fairly easy. The only thing i did not like was a surprise fee at the end of the transaction.

This is the first time I'm using this service. But from my first experience it was a very easy experience. It was easy to buy tickets and to find the tickets I wanted for this event.

I don't mind fees, we all have to pay them. What I strongly dislike are suprise fees at the very end of a transaction. 'Nuff said.

I just entered my email and then I got my order and I got it great job I cant wait to see the game its my sisters birthday

I also bought these for some clients and the fees are so obscure that it is not reflected on the invoice and I cant expense something that isn't shown on the invoice for its only on my credit card statement.

We looked for Hello Dolly tickets but they were too expensive. We finally found some here which were close to face value!

The site was quick and easy to navigate but the purchase window was obscured with ads and the service fee (which is outrageous) was not disclosed. I want a refund of the service fees.

I honestly dont know how i feel about this site. My tickets were already over priced but then they added huge fees to them too.

High service fees... a rip off!. Never again. Will tell my friends about this rip off! Very disappointed!
