The purchasing process was smooth and easy, I enjoyed getting the 15% discount because I didn't finish my order the first time because of the 36.00 fee per ticket and I wasn't going to pay that much and then bang! I received an email with a 15% off code, so this definitely helped bring the cost per ticket down.
Stay away from this company. 1st, they are misleading in their google Ads. They put Ticketmaster in the headline to make you believe they are ticket master and they have a subdomain with ticketmaster in the url. I thought it was ticketmaster and purchased the 3 tickets with a $26 service charge per ticket + $9 to download the print my tickets. I called them back to let them know I figured out what they are doing. I ask him kindly if he would reverse the transaction? He said no. He did say that they deal with this all the time. STAY AWAY.

The process was smooth and easy, but I didn't like the extra fees that were attached at the end. This process, however, seems a little excessive. You should only have to write a review if you feel inclined to do so and should not have to write a minimum of 100 words. So, the rest of my review will be as follows: abc def ghi jkl mno pqr stu vwx yz. Now you know the abc's. Next time - well hopefully there won't be a next tme!
I had a smooth transaction but I really dont enjoy having to write a mandatory 100 word review for such a minimal purchase. Please make this optional for future buyers because it is something that is gonna deter me from purchasing here again

I thought the tickets were sold out using the other ticket service. I got the seats I wanted. Only complaint was high service fee.

I was looking at tickets for Jeff Dunham in Indy and went to get the tickets with a crazy 27$ A PEICE service fee which pissed me off but the tickets are a gift so I got them but the first time i went to buy it was 81$ a ticket and 27$ service fee, it didn't work so i can to leave the site and come back. It went up to $84 and an almost $29 service fee! Really BS. Will not be using this again

A little pricy but id do anything to get my mom into a pink concert. Although i found sites cheaper, i thought this one was the most secure
