We purchased Bruno Mars tickets, as the concert date neared I became nervous about delivery. I was told they would be released 48 hours before the concert, then I was told they would deliver 11 noon the next day, Now Im told that they would deliver 8:00 the same day. With no tickets in hand I spoke to a manager who is telling me they will deliver before the concert (get this 23 hours from now). I do not recommend Ticket Expert and will never use them again.

THEN THE SECOND TIME I CALED I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND THEY KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 15 MINITES I THEN CALLED A THIRD TIME TO BE REFUSED BY THE SUPERVISOR TO SPEAK WITH ME ABOUT THE TROUBLES IVE ENCOUNTERED. THEY ALSO DONT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT INFORMATION. I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO NEVER USE THIS SITE BECAUSE ALL YOULL GET IS NASTY PEOPLE WHO LAUGH AT YOU WHEN YOUVE HAD ENOUGH AND DEMAND TO SPEAK WOTH A SUPERVISOR. Never will I use them again myself
My biggest beef is that at the end of the order you tack on service charges that are 20-30% of the ticket value and another $8.00 to send me the ticket so I can print it? RIDICULOUS! SO I PURCHASED 2 32.00 SEATS AND THE TOTAL WAS $117... Why don't you just sell the seats for the total price? This sucks...

Ordered 2 tickets online to FSU game. Never got tickets! Called this morning at 8am got a nasty woman. Called back got Bob who transferred me to a closed ticket office. Called back got Bob again. Finally reached a person (who said only 1 in office and swamped with calls). Said I would get my tix in 15 minutes. Game starts at noon and I will miss tailgating due to this crappy service. I will not ever recommend or use this poor service again.
