The company has garnered mixed feedback, with notable strengths in the ease of the purchasing process and user-friendly website navigation. Customers appreciate the ability to select specific seats and the quick transaction experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding high and often hidden service fees, leading to feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction. Many customers report issues with receiving tickets on time, lack of responsive customer service, and inadequate communication regarding order status. Overall, while the purchasing experience is generally straightforward, transparency and customer support need substantial improvement to enhance overall satisfaction and trust.

Awesome turn around. When ordering the tickets it stated I would receive the etickets by the 19th for the show on the 21st. I was not expecting the tickets until them. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the email telling me the tickets were available to be printed.
It was a very simple process, even though there was a hefty fee at the end. It also takes a while to get the actual ticket. So I have to keep an eye out for it so I don't delete it through my email.
Easy to get tickets but service fees are really high. Quite a shock when you go to make payment. I don't mind the electronic transfer fee. You pay for convenience.
Tickets were sent in a timely manner. I was able to print them within a few minutes after paying. The fee was not bad $19.72 per ticket.
While my experience ordering the tickets was easy the $80 x 2 "fees" left me with a bad feeling. Not cool.
Couple clicks and the tickets are there, no effort required, i would do it again. Can't wait to see the game!
$88 in tickets and $37.87 in service fees. High ticket prices with an extra 43% in service fees added? That's brutal!
I hope they put on a good show because I'm going just to show my wife a good time, because we usually just go to the Carolina panthers game
My check out was easy and fast. I am excited to go to wwe live. This will be my first time going to a live show.
When a concert is cancelled by a performer you should get all your money back, right? Tickets expert decided their time is worth not giving a full refund and keeping a portion for themselves. NOT COOL! Really think end consumers are getting screwed by legalized scalpers in the first place then get screwed with fees and examples like this of not giving full refunds. Trouble is... as long as people keep paying them, they are going to keep thinking their ways are okay. I will not be buying my tickets this way further. I'll get them directly or not be attending.
Service fess are not added until the end and are really high. Process to get the tickets also takes too long
It was little confusing at first then it work out. Extra process is pain. Let me have my ticket please
Service fees and no refund policy should be stated clearly up front before inputting credit card info. Why is there a download fee and a service fee?
Ordered tickets, Very convenient and accessible. Straight to the point will order from the website again. Was able to see seating arrangement and everything.
Rip off service fee. I wont use your service in the future, and I will let other people know that the guys burnt me for an additional hundred bucks for both tickets.
Using the website was easy and efficient. Trying to contact someone on the phone for help was difficult. The first time they hung up. The next few times just got a busy signal.
Service fees? Service Fees? A Major RIPOFF! Why not just include them in the price of the tickets. Who gets this fee (my money)? Other than that the seats are great!
The way it should be. Fast and easy. Except for the hidden service cost only revealed at the end of transaction and in US funds.
It was very easy to use this site. I am still a little bit apprehensive if this site has my true ticket. I won't know that until I am at the venue & I can get in & sit in the seat at the row that I chose.
