I can't give a review when we have not received the tickets to the little big town concert that is scheduled for April 6th. We are anxious receive the tickets we ordered so we can give a feedback as to the experience we have had after attending the concert

The process was simple and easy! Now, let's hope I get my tickets that easy, too. I think asking for 100 characters just to confirm the order was received is a tad bit pretentious...

Process was easy enough and we received the download link really quickly, but they hit us with a $197 service charge on top of the ticket prices at the end of the purchase process, which I thought was a way bit much. Tickets were for Elton John at Caesar's Palace.

Tickets $110.00, service fee $37.40, Delivery fee $7.95 and then if you want a rebate need to go to a page that will charge you $1.00 now but if you forget to cancel will charge you more that's a scam

Upset have not received tickets email twice no response. I am about to go make police report and file fraud charges and let bank handle it

Wouldn't recommend ever bothering with this service. When I first saw the nearly 50% fee rate I backed out of my purchase - which resulted in a series of daily emails "reminding" me to complete the order. Ultimately I did because they included a 15% discount code, but I still ended up spending nearly $100 in fees on $230 worth of tickets.

Very quick and easy transaction. Got my tickets transferred to me within 4 hours of making the final purchase.

I'm not sure what a $45/fee per ticket gets me? Seems like A LOT to pay without something in return. It's like a pseudo charity.
