Spent $900.00 on tickets 2 years ago. Tickets were misplaced and concert is finally happening. 10 calls to their office to hear they are working on it. Did absolutely nothing. Once they have your money you are screwed. 0 stars.
Posted a review about 2 weeks ago about not being able to receive a credit or even talk to someone about my issue. All you get is a computer animated response, even to my last post, promising to "look into this matter at this unprecedented time". BS! Haven't heard a peep. Scrolled thru other reviews, and everyone with an issue gets the same response

I bought 4 tickets to Tim mcgraw. Concert got cancelled and they still have not refunded me. Been over a year. I've tried to contact them multiple ways but no luck. This is terrible customer service and support.

Anybody hear about the pandemic that hit the planet? Most, if not all major companies have made adjustments to accommodate the limitations created by the pandemic. This company simply refuses. I have called multiple times trying to either exchange or refund my tickets and all they do is argue. Their customer service is horrible, they keep interrupting me and refused to escalate the situation. I'm leaving terrible reviews anywhere I can and will never use this company in the future.

They refused to provide a refund for tickets purchased in 2020. Almost 2 years later we received an email offering a refund if we contacted them within 7 days. However when we tried to call the number provided it was very difficult to get through to an operator. We missed the deadline by 48 hours and only then were given a credit towards another event. They had our money for almost 2 years but only gave us 7 days for a refund. We did use the credit towards another event, however we could have gotten much better seats for less using a different website.

Bought Billy Joel MSG tickets right before the pandemic. Then a reschedule happened. Then TicketOffices sent me new tickets. They didn't see right, so I asked them to validate them. They just kept shuffling me around to agents. Got to the venue and they were in fact, fake tickets. I've opened a case with TicketOffices, but they will not get back to me. Avoid these scammers!

I should have red flagged then! Paid extra for the tickets then never received them the event got post lobed and still waiting for refund or credit

The concert canceled because of Covid-19. They provided a "store credit" good for 18 months. I haven't been able to use the credit because their have been no concerts in my area. They should extend the credit it or refund. They has so far refused. $218 down the toilet thanks, Ticket Office.

I am not going to say TO is a scam but they certainly do not have integrity. I started calling several days before my event and learned of an email address error. I was told over and over that the error would be fixed and my tickets would be delivered. After the event, I was told that those were merely requests and that they never claimed they would fix the issue so tough luck, it is your fault. Too many good ticket agencies out there, USE SOME ONE ELSE.

I used ticket offices for a outdoor venue in Saint Pete Florida and was charged a $166 for 2 tickets.
Come to find out from the actual venue website the tickets are worth 20 dollars! Then refused to help us when we questioned them. Supervisor's name ebony
Ordered tickets 9/21 and i just found out the venue still has tickets that are 110% cheaper. Pretty disappointing. Wish i had called there first. Now i am wondering if i will even get the tickets. They gave me a first name and a phone number of the apparent owner of the tickets, who did not answer when i called. Not feeling very good about this. No verified seat number which leads me to believe the tickets are not pre-purchased, and not directly connected to the real tickets offices. Feels pretty shady. I purchased my tickets to Rufus Du Sol on 11/7/2020 for the show happening TODAY at 8/11/2021. Don't mind that I missed out on selling these tickets for a profit of $600; instead, I STILL do not have the tickets in my possession. I was on the phone and chat with them for TWO HOURS yesterday and was falsely promised I would have my tickets. "We stand by a 100% buyers guarantee" is all I kept saying. Well now it is the day of the show and I am back on the phone again to get my damn tickets. Utterly insane that I purchased these tickets 9 months ago. I am now sitting here waiting if I will even go to this show and have already asked someone to go with me.

These guys charge huge mark-up on concert tickets. Purchased two, $100 tickets and paid $265. They have a strict no-return, no-exchange policy. Their customer phone line is loaded with pre-recorded answers --- it's difficult to get to a human, and when you do, they're of no help. STAY AWAY!
Flashy and super easy website to purchase from, however it is misleading with both the cost and seat selection.
Email receipts didn't disclose breakdown of prices. Found out later (had to go through their website and type in confirm # and email) that I paid $50 for $20 seats, they also tacked on a $35 service charge and a $7 "email ticket" charge. My bad for not looking into company. Won't happen again.
I ordered tickets for 110 and was charged almost 72 dollars in fees that were not itemized in final billing OR the receipt. When I called they said its the only way they make their money. Ridiculous. Would NEVER use this site again.
They pinged off of a box office number, represented themselves as the box office venue, provided no disclaimer that they were resell tickets being sold, over priced by greater then 50%. Total scam! Don't ever use them!
Answer: They charged me 76 dollars more than what my tickets cost. When I called to ask why I spoke to two people, and each person gave me a different explanation, and they absolutely refused to give me a refund. I'm so sorry this happened to you.
