This company does not care about a global crisis occurring and will not refund tickets if the event is postponed or changed. The date was changed from a Friday night to a Wednesday, which my family is unable to attend because it is a week day and this company will not allow a refund and suggested to sell the tickets. This is a horrible business model during a pandemic where people are actually dying. Also they disconnected on a chat when I tried to discuss this and did not provide any way to talk directly to a representative

I got fleeced!
April 30, 2018

Stay far away from this vendor:
-- Overpriced compared to market value of tickets
-- NO guarantee that you get your tickets in a timely manner (or that you will get your tickets period if you read the other reviews)
-- No transparency in the ordering process, charges are not really reflected until after the fact.
-- No refunds for dissatisfaction of service (they swear up & down that if you don't get your tickets you get a refund, That remains to be seen on my end)

The service charge that ticketoffices.com tacks on is outrageously high and on top of that they charge a fee to "ship" you the tickets that they actually send via email. The return policy is an absolute joke (tried to cancel an order quite literally within minutes of placing it to no avail). Will never use this site and will tell everyone I know to stay as far away as possible.

Absolute scam
April 23, 2019

Was charged double the face value of the tickets, when I inquired about when they would be shipped I was given a seven month window with the last date being 5 days before the event. Shady and unprofessional

Terrible Experience
December 1, 2019

I ordered tickets for the Singing Christmas Tree in Portland, OR and paid $175 for 2 tickets. I never received my tickets and when I went to will call, they had nothing in my name. They did give me two tickets with a face value of $20 each. Very embarrassing for me especially with a guest present. I will be filing a fraud claim.

CROOKS! They will not give a refund on a CANCELLED event, instead, they gave me a credit to use at their TERRIBLE company! The face value of the tickets when I opened them was $103 and they charged me $168! The tour (Bad Religion) was CANCELLED and they tried saying it was postponed even though I sent them several links stating that is was CANCELLED.

https://www.metalsucks.net/2020/04/30/bad-religion-are-the-true-heroes-we-need-cancel-not-postpone-all-touring-for-2020-so-fans-can-get-refunds/

I do not recommend this place to ANYONE! STEER CLEAR!

I'm writing on behalf of my 70-year-old mother who purchased 4 tickets to the American Ballet Theater production of Swan Lake through ticketoffices.com. At checkout, there were only two additional charges... a UPS charge and a tax. When she received the confirmation of purchase there was an additional service charge of an additional outrageous fee per ticket.

She and I both tried to speak with someone in the support office and with great difficulty, was only able to do so when we tried to purchase a ticket a new. The woman said she could not help but would connect me to customer service. There was only a recording and I was unable to speak with anyone. Had I seen the service charge before purchase, I, of course, would not have bought these tickets. Please be advised to never use this fraudulent company.

SCALPERS TOTAL RIPOFF
September 9, 2019

I was diverted from ticketmaster to these crooks. I thought I was still on the ticketmaster site. I purchased $200.00 can worth of tickets for $540.00. Customer service is a complete waste of time. No people to talk to directly. Save your money.

Horrible experience! They won't refund tickets to a show that was canceled and already refunded by Ticketmaster and StubHub! I sent them an email from the band's touring manager saying the show was canceled, yet they still hold my money ransom... shameful company and a bunch of crooks

My girlfriend bought tickets (2) for the Jonathan Richman concert in Vancouver (June 12th) from TicketOffices.com. Two tickets cost her $535.47 ($388 + $112.53 service charge + 24.95 special delivery for non-US residents)! I asked others at the concert how much they had paid and was told that people were paying $25 plus a $7.50 service charge ($65 for two tickets). What can I say about my girlfriend? She acted in haste? She made an uninformed decision? She threw away her hard earned money to by a birthday present for me? What can I say about TicketOffices., com? They are predatory? They are parasitic? They take advantage of gullible people? I don't know how these people sleep at night. Take your business elsewhere.

Download and printed the tickets with no problem. The problem is my 16 year old grand daughter from out of state is staying with us. When I finally printed the tickets I noticed you need a id showing you're 19 years old. And apparently you can't get a refund. I saw nothing about an age requirement until I printed the tickets!

If you want to pay DOUBLE then use this website. Buyer Beware! I paid double for the price of my seats not realizing this was not the official site. My bad, I should have double checked. I called customer service to ask for a refund, and was declined. All they did was give me a $40 credit towards a futue purchase, Like why would I want to do that?!

Buyer beware, when quickly redirected to Ticket Offices online, after checking Ticket Master first, appearing easy and secure, yes, but no seat assignment defined and double ticket charges followed by huge fees, realized only after okaying purchase, with no recourse. This ticket sales site is deceivingly presented like Ticket Master, but NOT!
We looked at a $45.00 central seat, thinking this was where we would be seated, but now find ourselves way at the back corner, at a costly lesson!

Purchased 6 tickets to an event. 2 members of our party were injured and we are unable to attend. I called Ticketoffices.com and explained the situation. Ha ha ha... NO Refund! You are stuck! They told me to resell them. I told them I was not in the resell business. First of all... the tickets were Extremely overpriced or maybe I could sell them. After checking on the price of other ticket sellers, it paid a little over $100.00 for the same tickets. Now,
I have learned my lesson. NEVER BUY FROM TICKETOFFICES.COM! I'm sure they are laughing all the way to the bank. SCAMMERS FOR SURE. Can't post a picture, but I have an order number #*******

Ripping off seniors
March 8, 2018

Our 75 year old friend bought 4 tickets to Dancing with the Stars for my birthday. She is not savvy about ticket venues and thought Ticketoffices was a legit website. She paid a total of $871.19. When she got the tickets, the face value on each ticket was $45.00. She should have only paid $180 plus handling. When we got to our seats, we were 4 rows from the back of the theatre. Could barely see anybody on the stage. We asked people around us what they paid for their tickets and it ranged from $45 to $60 per ticket. These tickets were not worth $871.19. These people continue to scam others, especially seniors who don't know any better. Going to complain to the BBB and Attorney General.

This isn't ticket master
February 11, 2020

Prices are outrageous for the face value. Go to Ticketmaster and save 70%. I paid in advance for a show and they guarantee seating. That is the only positive experience. I paid extra to be able to cancel and their service is saying that i cannot. Stay away!

I have been trying to get a refund for two concert tickets. Concert was originally scheduled for 4/1, then unexpectedly moved to 4/15 with no explanation. Now the concert is "postponed", and since it is not officially canceled, Ticket Offices won't refund. Every employer/bank/credit union/airline/service provider is now offering help due to Covid 19. This is the only business that won't accommodate it's customer base. I will never, ever use this ticket outlet again.

My concert was cancelled due to the corona virus. I still have not received my refund. The wait times to speak with a representative are a few hours. They said they were crediting my account but I still did not receive the credit. RIP OFF!

I was hopping online to get tickets to a show that had just gone on sale. I thought I was on the official site for the tickets (this website will lend you to believe that.) I ended up paying over $120 per ticket for tickets that I later found out were less than $40. They do have a sentence off to the side of the site that tells you they are a 3rd party, but let's be honest, who's reading some fine print when you want to get those tickets to the show you've been wanting to see? It was a total bummer experience. And, they are super slow at getting you the tickets once they become available. This is a bad company out for themselves and not the customer. Plain and simple.
