I ordered tickets for a up
Coming concert which were easy and my spell check misspelled my address causing my issue and I went through the options to customer service and was easily able to resolve the issue right away with their great service
Ultimately my fault for not paying more attention. I could have got the tickets for less than half what it cost. It is a scam. You basically put your order in and then they get the tickets and send them to you. The tickers are much more than they would be if you just went through ticket-master. I am kicking myself for not paying more attention and hopefully someone will learn from my mistake. The only good thing was I got the tickets. Which I probably would have been able to get anyways.
When I ordered these tickets I didn't realize it was a resale site. Paid way more than the tickets were originally plus the extra add on fees for buying from this site added another 20% to the cost of the price paid for the tickets. Saved writing this review since it was a resale site. Was fully prepared to have the tickets denied as illegitimate at the gate. Those disappointments expressed, i got my tickets via email and the tickets did work. Guess I learned a pricey lesson about resale of tickets.
As frustrated as I get by ticket resellers that buy up all the tickets faster than fans can access them, ticketoffices.com had the tickets we wanted available. While I grumble about the price (a significant mark up above the list price), I appreciate that the tickets we ordered arrived quickly (electronic transfer in our case) and allowed us to get to the show without any problems. They are a ticket broker and you will pay the mark up for the service but we found them to be a reputable business providing the service as advertised.
I liked that I could buy online without having to have a transfer. I did not like that I had to print the tickets instead of using a digital copy. I also did not like that tickets can be sold for so much more than face value. I bought a ticket for a friend who got screwed out of another ticket so I paid double the face value. But it's ridiculous how much the tickets are allowed to be resold for.
The tickets I ordered and the tickets I received did not match up. I called just to make sure the tickets I recurved where correct. They were upgraded from the ones I purchased. I was very pleased and look forward to buying tickets to other concert venues
We were pleased to get the tickets quickly through email, but shocked that the final price wasn't what we expected. Too much surcharge. Will not do this again.
I ordered tickets for 110 and was charged almost 72 dollars in fees that were not itemized in final billing OR the receipt. When I called they said its the only way they make their money. Ridiculous. Would NEVER use this site again.
Had no idea they were not the venue selling tickets. Charged $90 + for a $20 ticket.
When I called and said the markup was outrageous they told me not to be a sore loser.
Never again, stay away from these guys.
This "business" aka "scam" misrepresents itself as the seller of record for a concert, then hides details regarding the actual seating and service charges until after your credit card is already charged. Their customer service is laughable, i. E., non-existent. Stay away! And tell your friends.
ABSOLUTE CROOKS! I would give negative stars if possible. I am 48 and this is the first bad review I have ever written. After the event we had tickets to was rescheduled a couple of times over the last two years, the event was cancelled. I was NOT notified of the cancellation and they will not give me my money back... only a credit. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
Ticket Offices sets up web links that deceive you into thinking you are buying directly from the vendor, rather than on a secondary market. They do not disclose their fees, which are exorbitant. If you catch them in their deception, they will not reverse the transaction. They won't even refund you their fees. You have to get your credit card company to dispute the charge, and contact the attorney general, which is what I did.
Ordered two tickets for $68 each for a Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game. Got my bill and there was a $39.95 service fee from this site. I would NEVER order tickets with that kind of fee and will never use them again. In addition, they charge a $6.95 delivery fee and these were e-tickets sent to my phone. The catch is that they were purchased through the team's website and ticketing office and were mixed in with other available tickets from different sources. This is a scam and buyer's need to be aware, if they see this site is handling the transaction.
I was trying to buy tickets for a local event. I started on the theatre's website, somehow ended up on their site. That was 12 hours ago and still no tickets. I called customer support, she laughed at me and hung up. Two tickets@ $72 each came to $194... US dollars.
I purchased tickets for a Trevor Noah concert for October 2020. This event has been cancelled but they will not refund me my money.
It is hard to get a hold of any one and to get any answers even though they say that if an event is cancelled they will reimburse you 100%.
Please do not purchase tickets from them as they rip you off and give you a hard time for a refund.
I purchased four tickets at inflated prices. The pricing was bad enough, but the ticket transfer was misdirected and their "customer service" insisted that I must have accepted the tickets using some other email account (no) and I must have another Ticketmaster account to which they were directed (nope). They have a no refund policy, even when they screw up an order. I never got the tickets and will be contesting the charge to my credit card.
Don't waste your time or money with ticketoffices.com. Yes, I received my tickets 3 months before the event but I paid double the price of other outlets. This was a total rip-off. I will never use them again.
Do not buy tickets off this website unless you want to be scammed. This site sells tickets for TRIPLE the amount that any other website does. Please check other sources before using this website. You have been warned!
My boyfriend spent 200$ PER seat in Row 220 and on Ticketmaster they were selling FLOOR seats for 140$. They do not offer refunds for people who have made an innocent mistake, they have no mercy for anybody. This is not what I call customer service. They told me if im not happy then to resell the tickets but nobody will want to buy these for the price we paid. I am disgusted at how this company deals with their customers, they basically tell you that you are SOL. Very sad that this is the way they operate.
Do NOT do business with these scammers. You'll either pay WAY too much, or lose your money completely.
Folks, there is a good reason that 45% off the reviews for this scam company are average/fair/poor. With 29% of the total being poor. They absolutely suck. Avoid them.
They sold me tickets at 44% above face value, but at the point of ordering it all looked legit. Then $68 added for a service fee, then $7 fee to EMAIL the tickets. Really? You can be an astute shopper, and even then it all looks legit at the point off purchase.
So why did I want a refund, which they completely refused to do? Cuz the event I bought tickets for changed to a different event, but happened to include the original individual act as part off a tribute multi-performer act. They totally suck, and the reason there are any positive reviews is that they create a lot of fake accounts then give themselves 5 stars.
I wish 0 rating was available. I bought 2 ticket at row E, at Flint center, Cupertino, 40 days before the concert date. They cost me $109 each plus a large service fee. When i received my tickets by email, I noticed they were at row EE, much further back. I called customer service. All they repeated was that sales are final. They did not admit to their mistake. I went to the box office at Flint Center and found out that these tickets had a face value of $59 and were originally purchased by an individual. Ticketoffices.com tricked me into thinking they are direct sellers for Flint Center.
Avoid them. Buy tickets directly from Ticketmaster.
Answer: They charged me 76 dollars more than what my tickets cost. When I called to ask why I spoke to two people, and each person gave me a different explanation, and they absolutely refused to give me a refund. I'm so sorry this happened to you.
Answer: Not to my knowledge. I Have yet to receive tickets or any notification about the tickets 8 months after original purchase date.
Answer: Can you give me a answer are my ticket valid. Will they be excepted
