My seat was behind a wooden wall and I was unable to see the stage... it was necessary for me to sit on the armrest (because I was by the wall)

I think it was Kathy I was dealing with. She was super friendly and made sure I got my tickets despite working through a kink with banking info.
I got to see where seats were located before I bought anything, and delivery was faster than I expected. Seats were even better in person.
