This was an amazing concert! I knew this band in my teens and reconnected with their music last year. I love their energy and amazing musical and lyrical talent. I drove 9 hours to see them and it was totally worth every minute. The best part of it all was that my seat was three rows from the stage where the band performed several of their songs! This was a very pleasant surprise since I expected to be 13 or 14 rows from the stage. Instead, I was close enough to see the band members up close and feel their energy! It's an experience I will always remember. I'm really glad I bought my ticket through TicketNetwork. It was worth the price. Those venue seats sold out in 1/2 hour two days after I bought my ticket and I would have missed the sale since I was working. I hope to see the Scorpions again. After 50 years, they are getting better with age and that is truly inspiring.

Enjoyed the performance immensely! Great mix of old and new songs. Excellent musicians. Very disappointing that the ryman allowed people to be seated in the middle of a song. Also very disruptive that without an intermission people felt the need to jump up to fetch more beer or popcorn. The seating does not facilitate such movement easily!

Trans-siberian was fine, but the seats were gym chairs that were incredibly uncomfortable. There were drunk people sitting all around us, and we had floor seats. I definitely expected a better crowd to be surrounding us.
Excellent experience! I bought 7 tickets to the Rockies vs. Tigers game last minute for Father's Day. The online process took less than 5 minutes and all I had to do was pick up the tickets. Super easy! I will definitely use ticketnetwork.com again.

Easy to use system. Unfortunately, there are lots of surcharges which adds a lot to the ticket price. Especially challenging if you are then changing to Canadian funds.

They offered a $25 discount for my order and even applied it to my order right before checkout, then it disappeared when I placed the order. When I called, I got transferred to a very rude person who told me I should have read the fine print, even though their site led me to believe it was applicable until I placed the order. They then told me there was absolutely nothing they can do since they're just a middle-man and the order was already confirmed by the real seller. I'll NEVER work with them again. Their "middle-man" system is not worth this hassle.

Made a honest mistake while ordering tickets. When I called to try to resolve the mistake I was told "all sales are final and our seller will not allow the money spent to go towards the correct tickets needed". I asked for sellers number and was given a Bogus number. Called back to ticket network and customer service rep basically laughed at me and still did not try to help resolve problem, so I am out $392 and having to open a claim with my credit card company. Horrible company do not water your time or risk your money!

Loved the seats and the show. The only problem was it rained on us for hours so the show stopped. We were told to take shelter. The crowd began pushing a running. Being only 5 feet tall I lost the person who rode with me and my brand new Galaxy 7. I'm not from Raleigh so I lost my car as well and I didn't find it until 12 pm. To top it all I got a horrible cold from wearing a lace dress while it poured down on us! I didn't even get to see the second half of the show.
I highly recommend this to customers because of its convenience and affordable. I have many experiences of buying tickets in different companies but this company has different way on how to treat their customers, very accommodating staffs with friendly entertainment. Was looking for tickets to Carole King beautiful musical. Automatically routed from Oriental Theater in Chicago to Ticketnetwork. Tickets were a bit high but it was for wife's birthday. $158.00 each for orchestra seats, but figured ok it's a special occasion. Thought it was face price due to $79.00 Service charge. STUPID ME! Got tickets at "WILL CALL" they were good seats but the face value for the seats was $100 each. $58 over face price, $79. Service fee, AND $15.00 DELIVERY charge! Give me s freaking break, $152.00 in charges and a delivery fee when they never touch the tickets? This company has a lot of nerve screwing people over watch out for them, I'll never use their service again!
We had a good time, but our seats were really high up. The tickets were very expensive, also. After talking to a few people, I discovered that I could've gotten closer seats for less money. So, I will have do more research, the next time I need to purchase tickets at Raymond James. It also would've been better if the Cowboys won. Ha ha

I would just kindly like to mention though, that being a short person it was not possible to see the dancers feet from our seats, and when choosing our seats on line we didn't know that. The orchestra pits' wall was too high... if the seating was just a bit further back, or the wall was about 6 inches lower it would make it possible to accommodate a shorter audience. We were straining to see our best. I'm aware the design of the building is probably standard, however if any renovations were to be made this might be a possible consideration. If we had known, we would have probably picked a row further back, since it did take away from the overall otherwise brilliant performance.
I would recommend that others go to this fantastic performance!
