Bought tickets to Pink Concert at Verizon Center. Tickets came via FedEx. Was updated through emails as to when tickets would arrive and they arrived as promised. Tickets scanned easily and my wife and daughter said the seats were great even though they were to the side of the stage. They had a wonderful night. I will definitely use ticket network for future purchases.
Ordered tickets online to a sold out show, specific seats. I was ok with paying large $$, but then didn't get the seats I ordered. I was offered an "upgrade" & when I said no, they told me too bad I could take the upgrade or leave it. I won't use or recommend this site again.

I thank ticket network for having these great tickets for the seats I had. I bought them for my daughter who like Future. This was an awesome concert. The smoke and fire and props for s rap concert were amazing to me. Drake and Future entertained their side audience as well so that was a good thing! They sang all the good songs old and new.
It was very efficient; however, you can imagine my shock when I saw the actual price of the ticket--half of what your agency charged me. Upon checking with several of those who are in the know about this sort of thing, your practice of charging roughly twice the actual cost of a ticket--which is printed on the ticket--is the industry standard.
I ordered online and thought the order went through, but never got a confirmation email or an error when processing my credit card. I called 2 days later to find out that my order was not successfully processed and ordered on the phone. The tickets were expensive, but I still bought them and had them delivered to my house via FedEx. I did not know a signature would be required. I had to have 4 separate phone calls to FedEx before they confirmed a location where I could pick up the tickets which was over 25 minutes away from my home, so I was furious. I paid an extra fee to have these tickets sent to my home and spent more money on gas and wasted my time arranging and picking up the tickets. I will not be ordering from this company nor using FedEx 2 day delivery again.

The seats in the upper levels are terrible at American Airline Center---you can barely see the screen and the sound echos all over the place so you can't hear the people speaking. Tickets should be sold up so high and to the sides of the state at this event---I will never go back again. I was embarrassed to take guests to this event.
Everything was perfect. The seats were as promised, the folks at Row one were very communicative. I would book with you guys anytime! There was a problem with the VIP parking pass that got fixed the next day. The website would only let me buy 2 VIP parking passes. When the company called to check on my purchases the next day, I explained my situation, and they gave me an immediate refund.
Everyone he brought with him on his tour was great. I had a hard time not laughing to much. Gabriel stayed after his obligated time and did some of his old materials. It was great hearing new materials that no one else heard. I will see him again when he comes back. I only hope he is in a bigger arena next time.

Total scam artists! Visiting the USA from Australia, booked 4 tickets to a Broadway Show at $104.00 per ticket plus booking fee. When I picked the tickets up from the theatre they were $37.00 tickets with "partial view"! There was a huge bloody pole obscuring most of the stage. Don't use this booking agency, they're crooks and fraudulent. Luckily my credit card company here in Australia are looking to compensate me for this cost. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
First time at this venue. It was the best venue I have ever been to. I got online to buy my tickets at the day and time they went on sale. I'm not sure why the tickets were $150.00 apiece plus tax and whatever other charges. We were near the top row. It was clear on the ticket that someone else had bought them for $89.00 each and resold them for a profit. :(

Slow as hell. Will never use them again. Have you ever heard anything about Customer Focus? Get some books and read about it. Very exciting. Some say it helps build a great service. But it's certainly not about you.
I have used this site twice and both times have been very positive. The tickets were great, priced well compared to other sites and arrived when expected. Also when I had a question about my order the woman who assisted me was very helpful and polite.
Im still scratching my head to figure out what happened. I chose seats in a much lower section when I purchased (very early) and when we got to the venue, our seats were in the VERY LAST row. I dont get it. This sucks as its my daughters first concert. Super bummer

My concern was I purchased tickets for 92.00 a piece for 2.
When I received the tickets the price was 62.00 on the actual ticket. I understand process fees, taxes etc, which were on the bill but an xtra 30.00 for what fee. I spoke with Console center and they were going to take care of the difference on my charge card. I received my statement for January with no adjustment.
