I bought these tickets some time during the summer. I took both of my girls 11 and 9 to the concert. We all had a wonderful time last night. The venue was absolutely beautiful! My girls got t-shirts and are wearing them today! Thanks for making this experience so memorable

I typically hesitate to use ticket broker websites when purchasing tickets because of the fees they include but even with the fees the price was comparable to or better than buying anywhere else. We bought 2 tickets to a Boston Red Sox game. The view that was posted was NOT what we ended up with! There was a beam right in front of us so we couldnt see right field. We would have never bought these seats if we had known our view was going to be obstructed. Im very disappointed and am leary about trusting this site.

While they do provide a great idea of what to expect, at times they could be a bit better. As for Fenway, sadly, they do have a few seats that they do not mark with having an obstruction in the view. It was just okay, the price was not the same as told $25.00 on your system, then after $30.00 when charge. I thought it was high fees, but in reality $75.00 to $90.00 plus higher fees than other web side. Waited to get me e-tickets, never arrive on due date, until I had to call and have someone talk to the supervisor.

I took my daughter to Ellie Goulding & Bruno Mars' concert in Dallas. I was late in purchasing tickets and therefore had difficulty finding two seats together until I stumbled on ticketnetwork.com. With the exception of my date not showing up, it was a great concert. Nothing Rid sings isn't a hit, and he could probably have a different concert each night, he has so many hit songs. From the beginning to the end, when most of the band strolled through the audience singing Maggie May, the room was energized and people were singing along on (and off) cue. Everybody had fun, Rod and company included!

I was worried about getting the tickets on time since we ordered them 12 hours before the event but they came in within 2 hours of placing order with an easy print download for tickets. We arrived an hour early and enjoyed a glass of wine before taking our seats. I would recommend that people arrive early to avoid the last minute rush for seats that we witnessed! The venue was beautiful and Yo Yo Ma and Katherine Stott gave us a lovely performance filled with passion. The three encores were a nice bonus too! All in all a wonderful memory.
Ordered tickets they had no problem taking my money back in march. However got a call yesterday three days before the event that they don't do business with that vendor anymore and in order to get my money back 1400. 00. I need to go thru my bank. Now it appears to me that they should be held liable. I have my attorney working on this.
I was looking for 4 tickets for friends of mine from overseas to an NHL game. They had never seen a game, so I wanted to get the best seats possible for a reasonable price. Probably the last time I will get to see Black Sabbath in person. My seat was great, the people sitting around me were polite. The facility staff were helpful and friendly. Black Sabbath may be getting a bit older but still know how to put on a show. Another band to cross off my list.

I paid for my numbered seat's ticket several weeks before the event, but you called to inform me there was no ticket available, just a couple of days before the event. Anthony from your staff was apologetic, but the extreme delay made my evening a disaster. Finally, when I called back 3 hrs before showtime, he had found a ticket, but by then I had lost the desire to deal with your company (4 phone calls back and forth, changing my plans as well) I look forward to receiving my payment back. Was hoping to to have been in the section that I ordered my original tickets from in section 106 across from the tv cameras but ended up getting floor seats. While I still had a great time, this is the third time Ive had my seats completely changed from original order. For the amount of money I end up spending it gets frustrating not to get what I want. Floor seating is good but views can be obstructed. I will still give it 3 out of 5 stars because the event was fun.
First was concerned not able to print ticket then meeting in parking lot. Of course they lead us in by groups. I had to wait for the last blonde girl which was 50 minutes late. So my wife on crutches and daughter finally got in 10 after the start. The guys working with us in the parking lot were great. They said that they would reimburse me $100 for my inconvenience. Call in to make my purchase told the lady I had a promo code for 10% off, she said she would do it after, she then put in my purchase but never took the promo code, should have saved 16 dollars not to mention service fees and delivery fees are basically the same price as buying a third ticket, wish they would just go back to the box offices rather then getting ripped off by ticket sites
I paid $144 per ticket to see Bon Jovi. Ordering was fast and easy. As always, Bon Jovi put on a terrific show. The parking at The Forum was horrible. It took over one hour to move less than a mile. Then we had to park in non designated parking spots in the entry drive because they did not have enough parking spaces. We missed the entire opening act and a couple of Bon Jovi songs. I will not attend another event at The Forum.

Twice I purchased tickets using this site and twice they called the next day to say that they did not have the tickets and would issue a refund within 10 business days. Do yourself a favor and use another site if you want guaranteed seats/tickets. This site's processing fee is a couple of dollars cheaper but not worth the risk of not getting tickets.
