The seats were pretty good. I always have problems with bobbing heads in front of me. Good view basically. Too loud. Hard to comprehend words at times.

Bought tickets for my boyfriend, his son & nephew. I didn't know all the people, but enjoy all types of music! Amazing how much fun we all had. The two young men were only 14. They experienced legendary music and lasted 9 hours rocking out! My boyfriend really got into the music & sang to me a few of the songs. Grateful I had earplugs. My boyfriend's ears were ringing 2 days later. That's what can happen for that many hours of good music!

Horrible play. This is a total rip off. They should be embarrassed to charge for this show. You watch Al Pacino on the phone during the entire show basically arguing and repeating over and over and over. It was so bad, 6 in our party left after the first half along with a group of other frustrated people.
These people need to be reported! They completely sold my son a Ticket for Katie Perry that was non existent. They claimed to have purchased the ticket from Ticketmaster. The ticket cost 190$. This site has horrible reviews about ripping people off. So I guess it's time to shut em down... Better Business Bureau and FBI as it's a legal business can be notified
Just called to ask some questions about 2014 Superbowl tickets. Their prices were lower than Stubhub but buyer beware. They do not have the tickets in hand and their customer service staff lack any knowledge of how tickets for the largest sporting event in the world worked. She actually told me that they would have "e-tickets" (a lie since all SB tickets are pre-printed) and when I questioned her on that she said the "seller" would meet me 2-3 hours before the game to hand me my tickets. Hello!? This is the SB with heightened security. I'm suppose to meet someone "near the stadium" to pick up the tickets right before the game? They won't even let you near the parking lot or get on the shuttles to the stadium without a ticket in hand. Stay away from this site.
The experience was awesome... my first major musical like this... what an awesome evening. Got upgraded to front row stage left... wow... I could almost touch the performers... spoiled... and the KING AND I is one terrific production... must see when in NYC.

Our seats were actually in what people call the "nose bleed" section. Two rows from the very top. Plus, we way over paid for our two children's tickets...$40 each instead of the $10 each that was being publicized on TV. I learned about the $10 purchase price after my purchase with your company. My grandson and I both spoke with your management and was refused a refund. So we actually overpaid $60 for their tickets. Very disappointing and really upsetting. So!, would I be a repeat customer of yours, I am sorry, but how could I ever be?
Took 3 hours to travel from our hotel in down town Louisville to arrive at parking area some distance from stadium. Not at all impressed! Has never happened to me anywhere before! Acoustics were lousy. Poor venue choice. Poor work by traffic marshals.

Horrible experience! I will never use this site again. I ordered tickets to the Trans Siberian Orchestra in Sacramento. I purchased tickets directly in front of the stage since my husband recently had cervical spine surgery & I knew he would have difficulty with a side view. I received my confirmation and my account was charged but I didn't receive the tickets. I was not notified of any problem until I called I was told that the "seller pulled the tickets" after I purchased them so they refunded my account. Ultimately, we paid more for worse tickets, even after explaining the circumstances & asking for a supervisor to assist in correcting their mistake.
Thought I was ordering through Ticketmaster as I always had before--used user name & password I had for Ticketmaster. When got confirmation was from somebody Snow. I'm not positive what seats I selected myself, but feel quite sure it was not what we ended up with. I was charged way over the price printed on the tickets + 40 some dollars each service charge + delivery fee even though my only choice was to print my own tickets. $400 some dollars for bad seats! I emailed him back & got no response.
They are a hub basically for legal rip offs, their 3d party sellers are all part of the group, not really 3d party as I talked to the "actual" seller who tried to convince me it is ok to by $5 tickets in the nose bleed section and list them as front row for $17. The unsuspecting spouse who knows nothing, except she wants to surprise her hubby with tickets to a game, thinks wow that's a good deal, then learns she bought $5 front row tickets way up in a specific section, not front row tickets as they state in the comments. Just a bunch of scum bags ripping off people, stay away. No they could care less when you call, they actually said we're like a grocery store, thats our mark up, we think it's fair and not our fault front row can mean many things... stay away.
Hello David! I'm sorry for your unhappiness in regards to your order. It seems that you are upset because the tickets you purchased (or your spouse purchased?) were priced above face value and in a bad location. We expect any sellers who list tickets on our exchange to be accurate in their ticket listing. We would also expect compensation from any seller who mis-advertised tickets through our site. It could be, though, that there was some confusion with the tickets concerned - for instance: the seller may have advertised the tickets as being the "first row" in a given section rather than the "first row" in the entire venue. It's also true that sellers do have the freedom to price tickets however they so choose based on their perception of an event's worth and popularity. We at TN - like with EBay - don't presume to inform people what they can or cannot charge to resell their personal property. We do, however, aim to create a secure forum though which event tickets can be bought and sold so that customers have more purchase options than the venue alone would provide.
Ended up just fine, for a worrier. When the site informed me my tickets would be ready to download in two weeks just days before the event I was a little concerned, but their promise was fulfilled and with the exact seats I ordered. Also received additional information on other events in the meantime.

Overall pretty bad. Got Orchestra tickets for 4 at a very inflated cost - originally $79 and I paid ~$140 each. But had to do credit card transactions twice due to your mistake. And the worst thing no one would tell me where the seats were - just orchestra section. At the performance there were much better seats unsold than the ones I bought. I asked for the best seats available. I will never use your site again.
Customer service is horrible. Long wait times & they were no help. I paid triple of what I should of paid for each concert ticket! Ridiculous & so upsetting. Never again will I buy anything from them. I suggest everyone to be careful & look at the huge service fees/ charge! Not good at all or fair.
Bruce played for three and a half hours and never seemed tired. He didn't play some of his old stuff that most people are familiar with but put his heart and soul in every song he sang. Some people seemed to get bored with the amount of unfamiliar music but overall it was a great concert although he is one of those I would only see once and say that's enough.
