I ordered tickets and then was asked for my passport or driver's license to be scanned. There is no reason to give this information over the computer a credit card and name are perfectly legit. I did not complete my order and went with someone else
Sold out concert--chance to get in to see my wife's favorite singer, even though the price was high: the perfect set up for these scam artists. The concert started very late and cost us all more at the baby sitter. There was no mention of the starter band and they got going around 8:30. Not bad and then Lenny came on and sang 4 songs an then went into an hour long jam session with his band that was too mello. We left during that, was not as impressive as it should have been. Still love Lenny, but this was a weak show. This was out third so maybe we had too high of expectations
When ordered tickets, delivery stated as email, but was actually hard tickets. Good thing I called before leaving on vacation~ customer service person contacted seller and FedEx tickets overnight (sorry I don't remember her name~ she was very helpful).
We bought tickets in August for the Michigan-Iowa football game Nov. 12. While we (eventually) got our tickets, it was not without a lot of stress and last-minute begging to finally get them, and they were not the seats we had paid for. They don't tell you until after you pay how or when you will receive the tickets. We repeatedly were told we would definitely get them through e-mail 48 hours before the event. Since we were driving a day beforehand, we asked to have them expedited. They agreed. The morning we left, just 24 hours before the event, we still didn't have them and started trying to figure out how to get 4 tickets elsewhere. Turns out, they release tickets to multiple sites, so several people can "buy" the same seats, which is what happened, then they try to find different tickets for you as the event nears. I would not use this broker again. I only give them 2 stars because we did get tickets.
Trans-siberian was fine, but the seats were gym chairs that were incredibly uncomfortable. There were drunk people sitting all around us, and we had floor seats. I definitely expected a better crowd to be surrounding us.
I liked being able to see the seats and the price options.
Getting to the pdf download was unnecessarily tedious. I had to click through several screens using unclear links each time. ("Download your tickets here" would be clearer) Most places, once you make your purchase, the next link is your download.
Secondly, in moire than one place we were told to bring the whole printed page. It seemed that the ticket portion should have been enough for the gate and indeed the ticket taker confirmed this. But we had to carry a wad of extra paper with only advertising, for no good reason.
Neither of these is a big deal, but the website design and instructions could easily be more user friendly and communicative.

We took our 3 year old granddaughter and her parents who are divorced nut all 5 of us had a grand time! The men enjoyed the gymnast at the end! Only bad thing is that my husband spent way too much money on secs! How can average family afford snacks for kids! Please have tickets include at least free popcorn!

I am very big fan of theater performances out there these days and getting tickets has always been a dilemma for me. I like to find last minute deals while in New York. Frustration and disappointment!
The ticket description was Section: Lower Tier Two 16, when in fact the tickets were in Upper Tier Three 16. I would not have paid $323 per ticket for an $80 seat had this information been provided in an honest manner. I realize that one always takes a chance on "resold tickets", but this was absolutely ridiculous! The "service fee" was equal to the actual face value of the ticket; we paid over $800 for $160 tickets. I have definitely learned my lesson; I will never utilize this TicketNetwork again as it is obviously not reputable and trustworthy! In addition, I plan to share our experience with everyone who considers using this service. We drove 800 miles to attend this game and know we were definitely deceived about the quality and location of the seats!
We had great seats, tree rows back on first balcony. The acoustics were great and the big screen made it like he was singing right to you. Lee Ann Womack was a terrific opener and can still sing those crazy high notes! Loved that she sang " I hope you dance". Alan was awesome. I be seen him before but the usually very shy and quiet singer really worked the crowd and sang for 2 hours! His voice is still strong and unwavering and he sang most of his best. So, so glad we went. Worth every penny and then some.
As a Christmas present, I took my family, 5 adults and 4 grandchildren ages 9-7, to see Lion King. We had center second row orchestra seats which allowed the children to see the animal actors up close and personal. They loved the show and sat mesmerized throughout. When it was over, we went to the stage door in the atrium and met several of the cast. There were many selfies taken! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

Quick, easy, and overall stress free. Purchased broadway tickets the day before for a very reasonable price.
